About this apartment rental
Bright apartment located in the historic centre of Venice near Fondamente Nuove. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a dining room, a small kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with toilet and sink. On the first floor there are two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower and a lounge. Refined furnishings with period furniture, Murano glass chandeliers and exposed beams. Upon request 2 additional beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Great location with view of water to the left, near restaurants and water bus/taxi station. Very convenient access to everything and quick boat ride to Murano. Place was excellent and very clean. Actually better than in photos (which were great)!

The host responded promptly to all my questions. Self check-in was easy and hassle-free. The location is the best being next to the vaporetto stops. There was an AC unit in the 2nd floor but it’s in the hallway so the room behind it was warmer than the rest of the rooms on that floor. They also didn’t have a complete set of beddings/duvets and there’s only really 2 beds. If you have a bigger party, the other sleeping arrangements are just day beds and a trundle. They also had a rule about taking out the trash to a certain spot in the morning upon check out (2 min walk). Just be aware that the space is very cozy (I assume most apartments in Venice is due to the limited space). The stairs to the 2nd floor is super narrow so it was a challenge to bring our luggages upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t have to use the kitchen aside from heat up water for tea. Overall, our stay was comfortable enough and we slept well.

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location!! It was very easy to get there from the airport, and it was right next to the water taxi stops. The communication with the property manager was very helpful, and I really appreciated all their tips on transportation from the airport. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work, but I called and someone came right away to change the batteries. We could have used more towels, but everything else was well stocked. There are two great cafes right around the corner for breakfast. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Venice!

Awesome property and great location. Right next to the Fondamente Nove water bus stop and away from the busy/crowded parts of Venice
