Luca was an exceptional host. His recommendations for restaurants and gelato, as well as general information on Venice made our stay amazing. The area is superb. Quiet and safe but close enough to walk to the major attractions.

Loved the location and the closeness to the water bus as well as how it felt away from all the touristy stuff but close enough to get to all of it. Great market and laundry facilities 5-6 min walk.
It was very very hot and the a/c units didn’t work very well so it was hard to get the place cool and we could never open the window shutters to see the view. Also, didn’t know I’d have to pay a fee (only in cash) - “tax.”

Location is very accessible from the airport. AC worked well and the host was responsive.
No housekeeping at all despite the lengthy stay. No towel refreshes. Shower had draining issues. No additional garbage bags. Overpriced for what it is.
