Ca del Mar Venice Luxury Apartments

The Apartments location is in a residential area but conventiently situated with great transport links and an easy walk into the centre of Venice. The communication with Luca was excellent.

Close to water taxis and walking distance to sites. Clean and well equipped apartment.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the apartment

Excellent communication throughout, including detailed information to access the property via different transport. The accommodation is a short 3 minute walk (including a bridge) from the Alilaguna blue line stop at Fondamente Nove. The two bedrooms were both ensuite and there was a good sized kitchen, eating and relaxing area. The apartment felt as if it had been modernised fairly recently and all areas were clean. The coffee machine and pods were appreciated. We were met at the apartment by the friendly and helpful Liudmyla. The location is ideal, a fairly short walk (10-12 minutes) from St Mark's Square, through the quieter streets.

Location is very accessible from the airport. AC worked well and the host was responsive.

No housekeeping at all despite the lengthy stay. No towel refreshes. Shower had draining issues. No additional garbage bags. Overpriced for what it is.
