The host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. He provided a number of great recommendations for dinner and ice cream spots and was extremely helpful in guiding us around the water boats and stations. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the location was quiet and peaceful while still being conveniently close to the main attractions.

Excellent location - perfect for our family, easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by good restaurants. As this is a residential area, it is quieter (and shops, coffee shops and restaurants are better value) than the highly touristic areas - but the “must visit tourist spots” can still all be easily reached on foot within 15 mins or so. The location also encourages exploring Venice!

Location is very accessible from the airport. AC worked well and the host was responsive.
No housekeeping at all despite the lengthy stay. No towel refreshes. Shower had draining issues. No additional garbage bags. Overpriced for what it is.
