Perfect place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay: and there is a very pretty garden as well. Vania is a really friendly and welcoming host and makes a delicious breakfast. My room was large and had everything I needed, and was so peaceful. I loved being here! It is in a quiet part of the old town and also very near the train/bus station - just a few minutes walk.

Wonderful stay with the best host

I stayed two nights in the house with my family and loved everything about the stay. Vanya is the friendliest, most welcoming host you can ever have. She made us welcome tea, showed us around the property and the beautiful garden, gave us advice for a lunch spot. She even drove us to the beginning of our hiking route to save us time because we were without a car. Her cooking skills are also top notch - she makes extremely tasty breakfast, which is a must try. This place is a million times better than a huge hotel and I full-hearthedly recommend staying there.

Cozy atmosphere with a lovely family and the fluffiest cat

The owner was the kindest person. Very considerate in making our stay as comfortable as possible. She made us breakfast from local ingredients and it was delicious. The house is nice and cozy made in the style of the Bulgarian traditional mountain houses.

The toilet did not work properly and it would have been nice to have a glass partion in the shower.

Exceptional

The rooms looked way better in reality than the photos, and the breakfast was amazing (we had it everyday for our stay, as we couldn't get enough). What stood out most though was the host, who was there to help us anytime we had questions or needed something. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Bansko.

Amazing place, definitely I will be back

I booked 3 rooms for my family and all of us very satisfied with this choice: big, clean and cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff that cares about your experience generally in Bansko. We had nice talks and enjoyed a lot to be there. The place is close to the Old town (max 5 min by walking and there are most of the restaurants).

Not a value for money

The guesthouse is pretty new and well located. nice garden and big kitchen available. The cat is adorable😍

Host does not speak English. No communication with the host. No shower gel, oven is broken.

charming with the beat host!

The Guest House was incredibly charming, Vanya has been the nicest host I’ve ever had, she’s always there to help with a big smile, and she makes sure you’re having a nice stay! The property and garden is beautiful, only a couple minutes walk from the main plaza.

Everything was perfect, just maybe the internet didn’t reach my room very well.

Happy to stay again in the future, met all my needs and expectations.

This is a clean, well run guesthouse and the owner was very kind and helpful to let me check in so early. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. THe location for the establishment is ideal being very close to both the main village square and also the bus station. Happy to stay there again in the future.

Exceptional

The owner of the guest house is very warmhearted and welcoming. The traditional building features a beautiful garden and is less than 10 minutes from the town center. I had a perfect time there including lovely conversations with the host and a full traditional breakfast (10 Leva extra) that kept me going the over day.

The room was very hot and there were no mosquito nets on the windows. So to keep cool we had to let a lot of bugs in

Grancharova guest house heeft comfortabele, superschone kamers die van alle benodigdheden zijn voorzien. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Vanya. Ze leidt je graag rond in haar tuin vol bloemen en kruiden. Op verzoek bereidt ze heerlijke gerechten met groenten en kruiden uit eigen tuin. In haar prachtige woonkeuken hebben we leuke gesprekken gevoerd. Een absolute aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, wir sind verwöhnt worden. Es gab traditionelles bulgarisches Frühstück mit ausgesuchten Zutaten ! Der Garten im Hof war sehr gemütlich zum sitzen ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder !

Une expérience malchanceuse

La décoration est soignée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le logement est tres bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre.

Vanya était malheureusement souffrante lors de notre séjour, ce qu’elle nous a expliqué le matin de notre départ. Cela peut expliquer certains dysfonctionnements. À notre arrivée, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes dans la cuisine commune avec nos deux jeunes enfants, sans information. Notre bébé, fatigué, pleurait beaucoup. Vanya est ensuite arrivée et nous a conduits à une chambre différente de celle réservée, en raison d’un problème de salle de bain. Il manquait un lit : après l’avoir signalé, Vanya a fait préparer un lit simple dans la chambre voisine face à notre insistance, mais nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions demandé les horaires pour les petits déjeuners via la messagerie Booking, mais il nous avait été répondu que cela serait vu sur place. Avec les imprévus, nous avons oublié de relancer. Plus tard, nous avons constaté l’absence de bouilloire (mentionnée dans les équipements, sans doute dans l’autre chambre). Vanya nous a répondu, assez tardivement, que nous pouvions utiliser la cuisine commune. Ne voulant pas la déranger davantage, nous n’avons pas redemandé pour les petits déjeuners. Heureusement, une boulangerie à proximité nous a dépannés. Côté équipements, la porte-fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, créant un courant d’air. Et bien que ce ne soit pas la faute des hôtes, des chiens du voisinage ont aboyé tard le soir (23h) et tôt le matin (avant 7h), réveillant notre bébé à plusieurs reprises. L’établissement semble de qualité au vu des autres avis. Nous pensons simplement ne pas avoir eu de chance. Un message en amont pour nous prévenir du changement de chambre et de la situation aurait permis de mieux anticiper notre séjour, voire de réserver ailleurs.

Перфектното място за почивка

Къщата се намира в спокойната част на Банско далече от големия трафик. Центъра е на има няма 500 метра. Има и магазин почти до къщата, който е зареден с абсолютно всичко. Много зеленина в двора и е много добро място за релакс дори и в жегите. Винаги се поддържа чисто навсякъде и домакините винаги са готови да помогнат ако има проблем а и си имат един пухкав талисман Любчо 😁.

Toll, ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne dort sein.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist familiär geführt. Es hat einen schönen Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück, das individuell zubereitet wird, mit frischen Zutaten und sehr lecker und gehaltvoll war.
