Dreamtime Studio offers the most pleasant, relaxing, cozy atmosphere in a gorgous beach town.

It was so welcoming and cozy. The location was perfect for walking to yoga, cafes, restaurants, hiking trails and the beach. The kitchen had everything needed and was well appointed, even with coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and milk! The manager was very responsive and had great local recommendations. Kommetjie is the loveliest town and a short drive to Cape Point and beautiful drives on the coast.

The only thing that would make this place better would be an ocean view, but it still is a one minute walk to the GORGEOUS beach and ocean.

Supposed to be a good weekend but it was terrible.

Nice area. Accommodation was clean and neat

Apparently I was playing loud music and people were mourning yet someone was playing music from afar up until 12pm. Payment was supposed to be processed at the accommodation yet I was harassed with making payment before hand. Hosts were rude and unwelcoming.

Comfortable and cozy

We loved the location, the setting and the coffee machine. The hostess was friendly and responsive.

The bathroom is extremely cramped and the shower curtain extremely annoying.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most incredible accommodation just a short walk from Long Beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was incredible, and it truly felt like a home away from home! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—whether we were making coffee in the morning or preparing dinner in the evening. The attention to detail was clear in every corner, and the thoughtful touches made our stay extra comfortable. One of our favorite features was the large outside patio. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach, and just take in the peaceful surroundings! I am already planning our next trip to stay here again!

Location was perfect for us - a stones throw from the ocean, quiet, peaceful and an ideal location to walk to the beach, to the local cafe and restaurant. The space was beautifully set up and super comfortable to stay in. Kitchen was fully equipped and bathroom was all it needed to be. The space was super clean and welcoming.

Dreamtime Studio is a GEM!! The cottage is very spacious, neat and perfectly situated - right next to the beach! I loved every minute of my stay. In the mornings I enjoyed the birds singing in the trees and at night you can hear the waves rolling in under the stars. A truly tranquil and relaxing spot in the heart of magical Kommetjie. I can't wait to visit again!!

Good

There was a fire in the main house on the Saturday afternoon. All the furniture from the house was packed into our accommodation. There was no electricity so we obviously moved out. We were luckily put up by a very kind resident. We have requested a refund for the 2 nights we never stayed but havent had a reply yet. I know its not the owners fault, but its also not our fault.

When we arrived late at night during the storm on Friday the 27th of August thanks to Hildegarde instructions we got there safely. On Arrival her instructions on getting the keys was perfection sliding open the door we had our own area with low lights amazing views it literally took your breath away. Everything was stunning actually perfect is what comes to mind. You can not want for anything else as it has everything you need for our entire I could no fault anything Hildegarde was such an amazing host and even recommending quite a fews things for our stay. Covid policies are strictly instructed and working in Travel I get to experience alot of Travel stays and honestly this place is your home away from home. I am excited for my next stay thank you once again for making our stay so amazing .

Peace, comfort, tranquility. A must stay venue.

The property had everything we required. Fantastic access to 'the other side of the mountain'. Cracking restaurants a short walk away. All amenities catered for. Recommendations: Noordhoek Farm Village Kommetjie Superette for fruit. Awesome coffee shop and bakery (amongst other goodies) on Erica Street.
