The place was very nice and perfectly located between Fish Hoek and Simon’s Town. The swimming beach nearby is close and really lovely. The house has a big stoep with a great view of the mountains, which we really enjoyed. We were four people and had the place to ourselves, which made the stay even better. All the beds were king-size, which was a big plus. Owner also very responsive.
A few small suggestions that would make the stay even better would be adding fans in the rooms, replacing the microwave, and providing an umbrella for the stoep so the outdoor area can be fully enjoyed.

The view was great. Johnny received us with warmth. The house is great but very outdated. It was clean and each room had its own ensuite. The layout of the house was good and the view from the balcony was amazing.
We had a situation with the kitchen having cockroaches and that put a damper on our stay. The bedding needs to be updated. The house could do with an upgrade. I will recommend the house to be used as a base to move from as it is not set up for leisure.
