The stay was okay, I can visit again next time

The guesthouse was in a quite and safe location, staff was friendly

The Manager was always requesting proof of payment from us not once but more than that😏even though we paid via Booking.com, the stove was only working with one plate, the other plate was not working.

Very rude, unprofessional staff and a big waste of money.

Absolutely nothing.

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and so was her manager. We were given a room that we did not book and when we complained, the manager rudely dismissed us claiming that we paid for a smaller room despite having proof that we paid for the bigger room. The walls are also incredibly thin, meaning you can hear everything going on outside of the room at all times.

Fair to worst stay ever

The area was safe and quiet.

No, there was no sugar,tea,coffee, or milk in the room .There was a kettle, but no cups.The lady said they didn't provide cups.She did not clean the room,change the towels, or clean the dust bin after our first night. We had to ask for clean towels.Cold stone floors without a carpet next to the bed.We will not book there again as the on-site parking was a nightmare with our bakkie.Two broken car's occupied the space.on the yard..I'm sure there is only space for two cars.The rooms didn't have a side table or dressing table.and.also not a cupboard. Only hooks on the wall,the rest of our clothes were on the floor.. The swimming pool is covered and not in use.There is an open space on top of the door, and we could feel the wind blowing through it.. We had a queen size bed with 3/4 bedding. It was a mission to sleep with bedding shorter than us.Lot of mosquitoes in our room, and the lady had doom but never offered us any.doom.The lady did not introduce herself... The TV switched off in the middle of any program. Worst stay ever.

It was a fair stay, consider turning that room into a single bed room

The pool was secured for my little one, so safety in that regard was perfect.

No provision for coffee or tea and parking is limited, you have for a car in-front of you to move so that you can exit.
