Such a lovely location in beautiful Noordhoek. We had a brilliant time here and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Easy car parking, great apartment, beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool. They provided brilliant snacks and welcome coffee/tea/water. Plus a bottle of wine! We loved it here.
It was extremely hot weather when we were there and there's no A/C. So returning to the property in the afternoon it was quite stuffy. But cooled down plenty so no problem at night and there are fans in each room. Would also have been nice to have a couple of garden chairs to go find shade. The next door property (run by same folk) had lots of portable garden furniture but the property we were in just had fairly fixed bench that was sometimes in full sun.

Loved everything. A real slice of heaven. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment to make you feel at home. Even had briquettes and firelighters to start the braai. The bed was so comfortable and I had my best sleep. On the day it was raining I could still sit on the balcony and not get rained on. Alana checked up on my stay daily. Even the pets were so friendly. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to be at Horizon Cottages. Service was excellent, cottage outstanding when it comes to cleanliness, equipment, just everything. Cannot say anything wrong. Hosts are warm friendly people. Tom and I will definitely be back to stay with you. Loved the animals.
