Large property with lots of room for a family. All basic amenities to live comfortably. Great view from the balcony and the terrace.

A very steep walk uphill from the centre, only a few minutes but it is tough. Some water / moist damage in the property, sewage smell in the toilet and in the attic, need some plumbing works. A golden retriever in the neighbourhood property terrorises passers by, barking and climbing over the fence (carry a stone as the locals do), it is just a matter of time it jumps over it.

Needs deep clean and smells of dampness bad! And the smell from drains ie toilets was horrendous!!!! To the point kept me awake! Know this can be a problem in areas as lived in Spain for years but I used bags that went down the toilets to alleviate this. Bugs in kitchen didn’t cook at all as didn’t feel clean enough and don’t go on holiday to clean. Feel lacks basics and owners happy to rent out in this condition? As a family of 3 for 6nights €1400 is not a fair price for accommodation in this state. For larger groups possibly?
