Great location with a clean spacious apartment. It was comfortable and well furnished
We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed but not fully resolved. The free parking spots are not guaranteed. They were usually available but we had to park far away and pay for street parking one afternoon. That was annoying but less than 1/10 of the cost of pay parking at the building

Proximity to the ocean (can hear the waves), few minutes walk from the pools, grocery store right below the building. The apartment was clean and host responded rapidly for any communication.
The building needs more upkeep, but considering all the positives, the stay worth the price.
