Proximity to the ocean (can hear the waves), few minutes walk from the pools, grocery store right below the building. The apartment was clean and host responded rapidly for any communication.
The building needs more upkeep, but considering all the positives, the stay worth the price.

location is very nice, it was clean, there was also a nice sound of the ocean, the view was there, the property owner communicated well and was very friendly, the parking was available

Very good location and surprisingly spacious apartment. Good sized terrace with a partial view of the ocean. Small parking area for 3-4 cars was free and always space available when I stayed.
The furniture was all a bit tired and the mattress was worn out I think.
