Sunrise Bay - Modern Flat with stunning views

Amazing property with the most amazing views from bedroom, lounge, and patio. Really clean with all facilities expected, including a washing machine which was really useful. Ease of entry good- just make sure you follow the instructions sent, and check on Google maps for parking and what the front of the house looks like. Flat is up the white stairs to the right. Easy access to sea pools and beach, and lovely walks locally. Well positioned for lots of levada walking, and sea pools excellent for snorkelling good communication with host.

Nothing we did not like, but be prepared for strep access to apartment as stated in description. Also to be aware of low roof space in areas as apartment in roof.

Excellent location, close to the beach, good restaurant and grocery shop. The property is a new one with a nice balcony, great view. It has everything you need

There should be more mirrors in the apartment for more efficiency; The fact that the location of the parking is 5min walk from the apartment should be highlighted in advance or while booking

Modern facilities and very clean. Quiet place to sleep. Lovely views from the balcony.

At the time of booking it wasn’t clear that parking was at the bottom of a steep hill. Although a “short” walk, the hill was extremely steep, along with steps to the flat. Fine without luggage but very hard getting the suitcase up.

Although parking is listed as available, in reality there is only one space and it was always occupied. We were told to park on the main road, which is about 300 meters away down a very steep hill — and only if you can find a spot there. There is essentially no hot water in the apartment. It lasted for about one minute, making it impossible to take a proper shower after a full day of traveling around the island. The apartment is very cold. There is only one small heater, which is enough for just one room. The mattress and pillows on the double bed are uncomfortable.
