Huge house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one assigned to one bedroom with balcony) + 1 toilet. grill / external kitchen space, garage and additional parking place, for at least 2 cars. balcony & tarraces. good location to go on hiking trips as well as a walking distance to the SaoVicente centre. picturesque views :-) stylish interiors.
quite humid inside (hard to dry the clothes, the dryer did not work; minding November stay), it also would be nice to supply the house with some basic cooking / washing stuff (Comparing to other locations).

House in the middle of the island, a very good point to visit the island from all sides. A large, spacious house for a few people.
It was very cold in the house (February), the shower was little warm water. After a day of sightseeing and walking in the mountains, coming back to a cold house and no hot shower is a big minus. There are two showers in the house, you can't use both at the same time because then the ice water runs. You can't cook and shower at the same time. The villa is definitely great when outside with higher temperatures.
