The location is very good, close to the airport and Funchal. There are also shops and cafes not far away. The kitchen is well equipped and we found it very useful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was clean, and offered nice views of the valley.
The host was rigid and unhelpful when we asked for a baby chair for some friends who came for dinner. They said they had it, but wouldn't offer it as we hadn't declared the baby in the reservation.

Great apartment, nice welcome package. Pool towels and regular towels provided. Good equipment in the kitchen and great location to explore the Funchal area.
Pool was high in chlorine, maybe to have some ease of maintenance/bacteria. Tap water also have some chlorine taste but we expect the entire area does. Apartment is close to highway so you will hear the occasional motorcycle exhaust

Rooms were large with its own bathroom
. Noise upstairs echoed downstairs. Chairs dragging on verandahs was unbearable at night. Showers heads are broken. Tiles outside are loose
