Very affordable and convenient if you have a car, parking in the blue lines around the location only cost 2,50€ a day, and the metro station is a 2mn walk away. I came to visit a trade fair just 1 station away, but Milano center is only a 20mn or so ride. The area is very calm with little traffic.
The landlord was kindly waiting for me on the street upon my arrival and explained me how to get around.
It's a simple apartment with a central hallway with all rooms giving on that single area, and not being "hotel level" doors you can hear people come in and out very well. And overall things are pretty worn out, I'm not too fussy so was OK.

Host is easy to reach and friendly. The house is in a quiet residential area. Bathroom is big. Room isn't small, either. Both have windows. Heater works well. Water is hot. 100m away from metro station (Pero). It takes around 30 minutes to the center. Convenient.
Bed could be more steady and comfy. Breakfast isn't included on 1st January.
