For the price, the stay at this hotel was disappointing. The first room we were given had lights that just randomly failed, plunging us into darkness even though the required key-card was in the lighting slot. The safe was broken and wouldn't close. The mattresses are extremely hard and have the thinnest, cheapest pads on them. The shower attachment on the bath had its button missing, so we couldn't make that shower work. The 2 single beds had wheels on them and mine would not lock in place, so it kept moving. The door to the small balcony also would not open (though it was meant to). On the second and subsequent nights we were provided with a new room, after some challenges, which was better, but still had the balcony door issues - it would open but was misaligned so hard to both open and close. The location is great for the Exhibition Centre and there is a free shuttle, which is helpful. There is nothing else in the area, however, so eating at the hotel or driving elsewhere are the only options. The hotel was clean and the food was fine in the restaurant. There is underground parking, which is also great. Service was professional, but not particularly friendly. We stay in a lot of hotels in this range and, for the price, this felt like a level or two down from where it should be. A refresh of the rooms and proper maintenance of them would go a long way to reaching the standard appropriate to the cost.

We stay every year. Great business hotel if you visiting the Expo. The hotel provide free shuttle to the convention few trips in the morning and few return trips later in the afternoon till end of the show, no trips provided in between. 2 metro stations near by 1 need a car or a shuttle the second is a walking distance. Not much dinning options in this somewhat remot town I use and recomend the hotel resturant for meals. Overall a great place if you visiting the expo too far from the city if you are a tourist.

The hotel is beautiful but the stay as sub par. We were very disappointed with the hotel treatment of an expedia customer. It seems if we had booked with them directly we would of been take better care of. Our room was extremely hot and the AC did not work we finally said something on day 2 of our 4 night stay and maintenance knew that the AC was not working in this room. They moved us to a room that had working AC the hotel was massive so it was not sold out. Seems like they chose to put us in a sub par room due to the rate paid on expedia. Also parking was included as per Expedia's website as a VIP member and they still charged us 13 euros for parking. Was told we could request a refund from Expedia for the parking. This hotel is beautiful but lacks customer service if you book with Expedia.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Room was dated and old. No water available in rooms. There was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in room it made us nauseated. I requested my room be moved and was told no they don’t have any other rooms. Staff was rude and not accommodating at all. They tried to bill me two times for my stay.

We stayed here for one night during Salone del Mobile, Milano 2025 (Fiera Milano), and UNA Hotel was perfect in both location and service. The hotel is clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. Our room was large, smelled fresh, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It included a mini fridge, LAVAZZA coffee machine, safe, bottled water, slippers, and amenities—but no iron. The underground parking(13€/day) was safe and spacious. Street Parking outside the hotel is free. I can’t say for sure how safe it is to park a car with a foreign plate. There’s also an ATM in the lobby. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Pero Station (M1) through a residential area

The place is was nice, but not easy to get to. The check in was long and the customer service wasn’t great, They lost our reservation, then never apologised for the 20 min wait at reception when they eventually found it.

Unahotel is a bit runned down hotel from the 80’s is my feeling. For shure not price value and needs renovation and upgrading to be competitive. Thei keysystem is a disaster. Key stopped working 2 times during one night so had to go to receipton And had to walk in all stairs as the elevators except one was broken and that was very slow. The cleaning is no problem

Property was very nice and very large. It appears they do much of their business with tour and convention groups. You need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the metro stations or places to eat out. They have their own restaurant; breakfast was good. Had dinner and room services, which didn't turn out well at all. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Wished it had a coffee machine or water kettle to make coffee. TV had one English speaking channel, F24. Parking underground was convenient. Overall we had a good three day stay.

Was a great stay. Clean, quiet, cozy, helpful staff are all eligible descriptors for this wonderful place. The breakfast was delicious. The one thing to earn this a 6/5 would be the a/c was the best. Everything else made up for it though. Tip: ask Eliza at the front for a map with eating and tour recommendations. We were lucky enough to try all the tastes of Verona and see all the sights in the 24 hours we stayed.
