Location, quiet area, breakfast free of charge (although it was not included in the price), very friendly owner and his wife :). There was also a little fridge in the room - very useful in this heat .)

worst than ever The tube of next door exploded and makes our room a flood. 1:00am we have to clear out all the water and all the things in my suitcase were wet. It ruined my trip and drving me mad. The owner of the house just said sorry but it‘s not enough. I just paid 63 euros and clear away all the water in the room at the new year‘s day and couldn't sleep. That’s ridiculous.I just couldn't accept it. I know it wasn't expected and was an accident,but I think the owner needs to be responsible for it. Your client could understand you doesn't means they need to pay for the results of the bad quality of your equipment. Because there are many things that are too old and need repair, if you don’t examine your equipments, accidents like this will always happen.

Livello di pulizia generale non accettabile; materassi e cuscini improponibilmente inadeguati; puzza di sigaretta stantia nelle zone comuni di accesso alle camere.

Attaccato all'ingresso della metro Pero. Ristoranti ottimi in zona, silenzioso alla notte. Host gentile e disponibile

Pieno di zanzare sarebbero sufficienti due zanzariere economiche e una buona disinfezione, cestino del bagno non pulito ( non fa mai una buona impressione ) letto a molle molto morbido e rumoroso

Molto comodo e semplice

Il host è stato molto accogliente e ha rispettato la nostra privacy. Tutto si è svolto senza complicazioni. La stanza era situata in posizione perfetta per raggiungere l'Ippodromo Snai La Maura, dove siamo andati a un concerto. Inoltre, i letti erano molto comodi. Posso consigliare vivamente questo alloggio!

Esperienza comunque positiva, per una notte a Milano per un concerto la struttura è risultata ottima.

Posizione perfetta, esattamente all’uscita della metropolitana M1 fermata di Pero, in mezz’ora si raggiunge il Duomo. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera ampia e comoda.

La pulizia. Polvere ovunque. Mobilio vecchio, struttura dell’appartamento (ma non del palazzo) vecchia e poco curata. Un vero peccato.
