Rooms need an update. nice breakfast

nice breakfast

we stayed for 2 days. there was one bottle in the room on checkin, and it was never refilled. there is no kettle/tea in the room. when we booked it was extremely expensive, and when we checked prices while we were there it was half the price that we paid.

Nice hotel but far from stores

The hotel was nice, they had a restaurant and offered a shuttle to the metro station but only at specific times.

The hotel was nice but it was far away from grocery stores or any other food places outside the hotel. I didn’t like the food we selected from the restaurant other than the pizza. Also, make sure you ask what time they offer their shuttle if you plan to arrive there via the metro system.

Pound for pound the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were a mixture of utterly incompetent and downright rude. The facilities were lacking and in several cases just not working. The food was simply disgusting, both as to taste and price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was superb, and I was delighted to receive an unexpected upgrade upon arrival. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night’s sleep. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The restaurant staff truly stood out with their warmth and attentiveness, and the cook went above and beyond all my expectations. The hotel’s restaurant, declared as gourmet, was a delightful surprise—it’s not something you’d expect in this location. The dining experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend having dinner there if you stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a top-notch dining experience.

Bathroom was clean, quite new and overall great! The breakfast itself and service were amazing!

The room was good, clean, comfortable bed, but looked not modern and fresh. That didn't change the overall great experience of being there, just could be little bit modernized to be on the same level with bathroom.

Some staff require training in friendliness. “This is a bar”, is not the preferred answer when I ask if they have food. It was also annoying that the room initially did not have two sets of towels, shampoo, conditioner nor enough toilet paper, all of which we had to ask for…

Business Event in Milano

Check In was very fast, staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was very spacious and clean with welcoming bottle of water. Breakfast was really nice, great selection of food. Great restaurant. Nice parking space.

The coffee quality for breakfast should definitively be better. I don't expect to have a perfect cup of coffee served to my table, but at least Nespresso quality level would be nice.

The room was big and clean, the bed was huge.

No slippers. The staff made an error at check-in and were not professional about it, tried to blame it on us misunderstanding their question, even if they had all the IDs and the booking references. We had asked for adjoining rooms and twin beds. We got rooms on different floors and a large double bed.

Less expensive and not too far from the centre

More affordable yet good quality hotel in Milano. Parking on the street on weekend is without problem. Wide comfortable rooms. Breakfast is available. The metro is at two minutes drive and has good parking.

The breakfast service may last a bit longer in the weekends.

The location of the hotel was good. A big plus for the hotel is their transportation in the morning and evening from the hotel to the subway. It is a 10-12 minute walk from the metro station to the hotel. The breakfast was very excellent, a large selection.
