Family Inn good basic accommodation close to exhibition centre

Overall good basic accommodation close to Milano exhibition centre staffed 24/7 whilst language barriers are obvious we got by with paper and pen successfully

OK fair to say having read other reviews I was a little nervous only issues were a dodgy tele signal and shower head hold missing a screw Internet worked fine, apart from a noisy neighbour nothing major

For me it is standard accommodation, when I am traveling to Milan on the MICAM and Lineapelle exhibitions.Accommodation is about 600 m from metro station Pero, which is 1 stop from station RHO exhibition.Cca 200 m from main street with a few restaurants and excelent Pasticeria for morning breakfast.

Some times a little bit problem with parking on the public places.

my stay there was so bad

the location is ok but the room is not clean and the shower is so bad and small, there was no shower. it is a shower pipe that is fix under the tube to get water running and the pipe is too short that the water can get to my head

Superb

I don't get bad reviews, it's not Sheraton,but it is very comfortable and clean. It is great comparing to its price. The staff is friendly, reception is open 24h and it's close to the metro station. There is an AC in every room, toileters provided, there is a TV set and a desk. I really enjoyed my stay in there.

WiFi did not work (well, router connection did work, but with no access to internet), so be sure you have good mobile internet fee plan on your mobile to use as personal hotspot; shower cubicle is just big enough for an average person to fit in - but only small moves possible inside...

Very simple lodgings but very good value for money during the exhibition.

The property is family run and very simple but very close to the Milano ExhibitionCentre. The staff is extremely friendly, They even walked me to a restaurant in. the evening and helped me carry a heavy box to the Fiera.

In particolare non mi è piaciuto niente. Ma era la stanza più economica (fuori Milano).

La stanza puzzava di fumo e il bagno puzzava di pipì. Se cercate un letto dove dormire UNA sola notte questo è il posto giusto. In caso alternativo non ne vale la pena.

Struttura da abbattare

La sola vicinanza alla Fiera di Milano Rho ed alla fermata della Metro

Esperienza estremamente negativa. La struttura si presenta in condizioni precarie, con evidenti segni di degrado. Ovunque si avvertivano odori sgradevoli e l'igiene lasciava molto a desiderare. In camera mancavano totalmente le prese elettriche accessibili: l’unica disponibile era nascosta, instabile e potenzialmente pericolosa. Nel 2025 è inaccettabile non poter ricaricare il cellulare comodamente dal letto. La presenza di polvere era ovunque, inclusa sulla televisione. Il bagno era decisamente deludente: rubinetteria usurata, lavabo piccolo e danneggiato, assenza del bidet e una doccia con getto d’acqua debole e antiquata. Gli infissi erano deteriorati e gli avvolgibili ancora azionati tramite corda manuale. La hall, situata in un sottoscala, emanava un forte odore sgradevole e poco igienico. Anche l’arredamento risultava vecchio e trascurato, contribuendo a un clima generale di disagio. Ho preferito lasciare la struttura con un giorno di anticipo, senza nemmeno segnalare la partenza. Purtroppo, la struttura non risponde agli standard minimi di accoglienza e comfort. Sconsiglio vivamente. Anzi, chiederei alle autorità competenti di sigillarla e revocare le autorizzazioni
