The host Maurizio is an incredible human being! He was super kind and understanding when we had a last minute change. All the details inside of the room matters a lot: tea and coffee powder, kettle, shampoo and soaps. Everything super clean and organized! I felt very well welcomed and safe there. Good distance from the metro.

Perfect stay for working traveller when you need a stay close to Fiera Milano.

Host was very friendly and helpful, I was very well greeted. The room looked nicer than on pictures and was very clean and spacious. All needed was there. The location was closer to subway and cafe than it looked on map. Nice and quiet area.

It was very hot but there is not any frezer in the room. The price is included breakfast. The property has a deal with a cafe. We went this cafe. Their english was not good so we did not understand well. They said that we can take a drink and some appetizer like croissant. We selected croissant and vegeterian burger. She asked me croissant, burger or both, we said both. We were 2 person. There was no cheese in burger. Anyway when we have done and headed to door saying good bye, they stopped us and they said that burger is extra and asked 10 euro. We were surprised. We never thought that a breakfast may contain only croissant and drink. She could explain that burger is extra 10 euro before. We paid and left.

Perfect place for breakfast: they use a neighborhood cafe, that's the best!!!

A little loud: sound carries from other rooms and outside. Plumbing and electrical need updates. Mosquitos were terrible in the night.

Everything was great, room spacious and clean, with a kettle. 20 min from the center in a quiet area. I didn't eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Maurizio was really nice!

Everything was perfect.

By far the best room I have stayed in in ages! Everything is perfect. Very spacious, super clean, no noise at all, massive bathroom and shower. Room came with a fridge, coffee machine, and electric kettle with a complementary teabag collection.

A bit far from the center, but easily reachable by the red metro line.

The owners were very nice and helpful providing multiple options for dinner and awaiting for us for check-in out of the expected time. The location is great, as the metro is just right the corner.

The breakfast is not in the same building. The internet connection is not always stable.

the purpose of this stay was to attend an exhibtion at Fieramilano, it is super close, just one stop away but you would be really surprised about the conveniency of this location... just at 3 blocks away from a subway station, wide variety of food selection/ restaurants around and the room is perfect... i love the house construction, the room has a small balcony super relaxing and cozy... Maurizio and his brother are very welcoming, giving the clearest directions to get around... i love it and for sure would come back soon!!

the only complain is that at this time of the year there's a lot of rain.. hehe.. but they even offer umbrellas for the convenience.. .they really go beyond the expectations..

Very nice renovated rooms, spacious, very clean room and bathroom, super comfortable mattress. The breakfast is located in a cafe 10minutes walking but that was not an issue since the cafe offers fresh delicacies and coffee, not much quantity but much better quality than what you find in hotels. Highly recommended!

Colazione all'esterno della struttura in zona difficilmente raggiungibile in auto (mancanza parcheggio). L'ambiente si presenta consono alle indicazioni, pulito, ordinato ed accogliente.

La stretta scala con i "piè d'oca" e la colazione, per me mancata visti i tempi.

Buona struttura e posizione ma è stato un incubo dormire a causa delle zanzare

Lo staff è cordiale e accogliente. Il parcheggio pubblico è vicino e disponibile. La stanza disposta su due livelli pulita e confortevole. La posizione vicina alla stazione della metro è utile.

Purtroppo non sono riuscito a dormire a causa delle zanzare che sembravano non finire mai. Ritengo sia un brutto difetto per una struttura a cui avrei dato un punteggio più alto ma il riposo è fondamentale per chi soggiorna per motivi lavorativi. Non so se sia stata colpa della zanzariera non idonea o perchè avevano tenuto aperto. Se lo avessi saputo mi sarei organizzato da solo comprando un fornelletto o dello spray. Credo che se si sa che ci sono le zanzare basti prendere dei piccoli provvedimenti che non costano nulla ma sono molto importanti per lasciare dormire in pace certi ospiti che non sopportano i fastidiosi insetti. Peccato perchè avrei dato un voto più alto.

Soggiorno piacevole

Ho soggiornato nel b&b per due notti: la camera era ampia, pulita ed essenziale, il bagno era ben organizzato ed illuminato. I proprietari gentilissimi mi sono venuti incontro sia il primo giorno, accompagnandomi in struttura in macchina,(visto lo sciopero dei mezzi), sia l'ultimo giorno permettendomi di lasciare lo zaino in struttura per poi riprenderlo la sera. Tornerò volentieri e proverò anche la colazione.

Titolare accogliente, simpatico e disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra esigenza. Posizione molto buona con una fermata della metro rossa a poche centinaia di metri. Colazione top, su una pasticceria convenzionata, con ottimi prodotti.

Cazare decentă

Stația de metrou Pero destul de aproape. Mic dejun servit într-o cafenea din zonă, cam 7- 8 min de mers pe jos, dar foarte drăguță locația. Sandwich din croasant cu suncă și cașcaval, croasant cu cremă de vanilie, cafea, suc natural de portocale. Puteai să-ți alegi dintre produsele de patiserie. Noi pe astea le-am solicitat și le-am primit fără probleme. Camera cu pat matrimonial e primitoare, are și un balcon drăguț, cea cu 2 paturi duble e, parcă, mai rece. Baia e curată.

Am rămas neplăcut surprins că piloteze nu aveau cearșaf de protecție. Chiar am cerut, dar ni s-a spus că nu se dau fețe de plapumă.

Teljes tisztaság fogadott minket. A szoba csendes helyen van, a berendezés tetszzett. A szállásadó kedves, figyelmes. A reggeli egy szuper kávézóban a közelben található. Mi a kiállítás miatt érkeztünk és 10 perc séta volt a kávézótól. Jövőre is itt foglalunk! Köszönjük szépen!
