Clean & great location, but terribly noisy

People were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable and it's just across the street from the Metro station. Breakfast is great and very flexible at a cafe just a short walk away.

There is no soundproofing at all - you can hear other people's phones beeping, hear them using the toilet, and hear them when they decide to have an enthusiastic chat at 1.30am. Whoever gets up first will be the alarm call for everyone else. If a business team hired the whole place it might not be a problem, but otherwise you're at the mercy of whoever else stays there. On two nights I slept with earplugs in and noise-cancelling headphones on.

Skvělá cena za takový luxus hlavně v době konání Olympijských her v Miláně

Individuální domluva. Nebyl problém se domluvit na dřívější check-in. Prostorný pokoj, automatické rolety na oknech, pohodlná postel. Ubytování se nacházelo téměř hned vedle východu z metra stanice Pero. Po návštěvě rychlobruslařského stadionu na MIND Milano to bylo skvělé místo na ubytování. V ceně byla i snídaně v nedaleké kavárně, tu jsem bohužel z časových důvodů nenavštívil.

Poněkud tenké zdi, byly slyšet některé rozhovory jiných hostů či dveře a hlasitější kroky.

Chambre neuve dans structure récente et moderne. Propreté et comfort parfaits. Station de métro à la sortie de l'immeuble, très pratique. Accueil aimable. Petit déjeuner dans un bar excellent.

Sentirsi a casa!

L'host Luca è stato super cordiale e disponibile, la stanza era bella ampia e super confortevole. Il mio soggiorno a Pero seppur breve è stato come una coccola che mi ha rigenerato e ricaricato. Proprio quello di cui avevo bisogno!

ottimo il bar convenzionato per la colazione, una bella passeggiata di pochi minuti per raggiungere la strada principale, ottimo il servizio e abbondante disponibilità per la colazione, ho preso una fantastica spremuta di melograno,

un consiglio per il proprietario, come ormai in tanti alberghi e B&B in Inghilterra, suggerirei di aggiungere l'opzione "uscita ritardata" permettere cioè al cliente mediante un piccolo pagamento aggiuntivo naturalmente, di lasciare la camera non entro le 10 ma alle 12 che in tanti casi può essere molto comodo

Praticamente sopra la fermata metro di Pero, stanza nuova e accogliente letto comodo. Colazione presso bar/pasticceria Sempione, fuori dalla struttura ma compensa con la bontà. Unico consiglio che vorrei dare all'host una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera.

Дуже сучасний міні-пансіон. У номері є все необхідне, включаючи чайник та набір чай-кава. Дуже приємні хазяєва, швидко відповідають на запитання та готові допомогти. Якщо Ви приїхали рано, як ми, Вам дозволят залишити речі у номері, но заселення з 13й години. Поруч (до 100 м) станція метро і за 15 хвилин Ви у центрі Мілана. Єдиний мінус для нас - це сніданки, для нас дуже незвично їсти на завтрак тільки круасан і каву. Но це скоріш коментар для майбутніх мандривників

Pulizia super. La location molto buona con la fermata della metro attaccata alla struttura. Colazione semplice ma buona.

Il pagamento deve essere effettuato direttamente in struttura, il che non consente all'azienda di anticiparlo per i dipendenti in trasferta. Lo specchio del bagno non è sufficientemente illuminato per potersi truccare agevolmente.

Sehr nette Eigentümer! Lage außerordentlich gut für Besuch von Mailand, da Metro direkt vor dem Haus. Alle Apartments sind neu und top renoviert. Sehr guter Standard. Großes und bequemes Bett. Sehr schönes und modernes Badezimmer. Und die Lösung mit dem Frühstück in einem Café ist super! Gerne wieder 👏🏼😊 Mille Grazie.

Tappa fissa a Milano

Tutto perfettissimo! Abbiamo trovato la ns tappa fissa per i concerti :D Struttura nuova, pulita, curata. Personale presente per il check-in e check-out, a disposizione per fornire informazioni. La posizione non è centrale ma per noi era comodissima, letteralmente a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro, in una zona carina e tranquilla. La colazione non è in loco, ma in un bar vicino (2 min a piedi), al mio parare selezionato con tanta cura :)

Veramente nulla, la struttura non solo ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, ma le anche superate. Ci siamo trovati bene, ci torneremo di sicuro.

Tutto perfetto!

Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e la stanza era perfetta! Pulita, ordinata, non mancava nulla! La posizione poi è ottima: appena si esce dall'appartamento c'è la metro a due passi! Grazie di cuore!!!!

Struttura accogliente vicinissima alla fermata della metro, buono servizio colazione convenzionato con il caffè Sempione rangiungibile in un attimo a piedi, cornetti fragranti, freschi e vastissima scelta

Stanza molto pulita comoda accogliente, bagno nonostante le dimensioni contenute accessoriato e ben strutturato, peccato la poca insonorizzazione, ho riposato male, durante la notte e prestissimo al mattino ho sentito i rumori degli altri ospiti.

Accoglienza gentile. Posizione comodissima vicinissima alla metro. Struttura nuova e ben curata. Pulizia. Stile essenziale ed elegante.

L'unica piccola osservazione che si può fare è sull'isolamento acustico... quando nelle altre camere usano il bagno si sente come se fossero nella tua camera. Qualcuno potrebbe anche lamentare l'assenza di un mini-frigo ma a me non è interessato.
