We needed to attend a fair at Fiera Milano. The property was not the cheapest option but its location is certainly one of the best! It is in walking distance from the fair grounds, a great restaurant, metro stop. There is also a small private car park for patrons' use. The host is reliable and friendly. Thanks for everything!

Great place on the outskirts of Milan

The room was quite big - it was more like a flat than an actual room and it also had a balcony so it was nice to have all that space! The bathroom was very well equipped and clean too. The tube is a 12min walk away so it's not too bad (in good weather at least) and the Pero area is nice and relatively quiet. The flat is located in a more industrial side of Pero (this not Milan technically) but it's only 35mins away from the Duomo/city by direct tube so it's pretty convenient. Breakfast was decent too - croissants, bananas, madelaines, corn flakes, yoghurt (1 per person) and orange juice, milk, jam, nutella and some bread biscuits.

The price was high because it was the F1 GP weekend (but this is Milan in general on this weekend, not just this particular place). The breakfast items were stored and served in the room (minibar and/or table) and were refilled every day. We were expecting a proper breakfast served in a cafeteria/restaurant and greater variety but this was enough for us - except for we probably would've liked something savoury too! I think breakfast details should be included in the description.

Lage zur Messe, Marco der Vermieter war nett.

Die Gegend ist nicht schön. Das Appartment ist sehr karg und spartanisch, das Frühstück besteht aus eingeschweissten Papp-Croissants. Die Metro ist weit entfernt.

IL NOSTRO MADE EXPO A MILANO

Ho prenotato per una notte presso il Relais Fiera Milano per visitare l'edizione del Made Expo. Mario il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile fin da subito, durante la prenotazione e anche dopo; addirittura la mattina quando ho dovuto lasciare la camera e non potevo portare con me in fiera il bagaglio, è stato disponibilissimo ad aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione e lasciare il bagaglio in struttura per poterlo ritirare nel pomeriggio. La camera è molto spaziosa, ingresso comodo con postazione della colazione, camera accogliente con un materasso molto comodo; mi è piaciuto molto il tepore e il giusto calore presente in camera che è stato molto confortevole nonostante il freddo fuori. La colazione molto buona, scelta tra frutta, yogurt, brioche, bibite e macchina del caffè a disposizione. Doccia abbastanza comoda, anche per due. Essendo a piano terra ho anche avuto la fortuna di poter usufruire del giardino sul retro. La cosa pazzesca è che sono andata in fiera al Made in tutta tranquillità a piedi in soli 10 minuti, facendo una bella passeggiata nel parco antistante la fiera. Grazie mille Mario ,consiglio vivamente la tua struttura e sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno perfetto!! Vicinissimo alla fiera (raggiungibile a piedi) metro nelle prossimità (5min a piedi) e in circa 25 min si arriva a Milano Duomo!!! Posizione fantastica! C'è stata data una stanza molto grande ed accogliente!! Ben arredata e molto pulita!! Mario e stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato indicazioni utili ed e stato super flessibile con orari d arrivo e partenza!

abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene, il proprietario Mario è stato molto carino e gentile tanto che ci ha fatto rimanere circa un oretta in più dopo il check out dato che il nostro treno era sul tardi, la stanza molto grande e super ordinata con tutti i tipi di servizi. lo consiglio vivamente

Comodissima la posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro rossa che ti porta in poco tempo in pieno centro. Così lasci la macchina nel parcheggio privato e non rischi ztl. La stanza bella grande e modernissima. Letto molto comodo. Il proprietario è stato iper disponibile e ci ha consigliato dove scendere con la metro per arrivare ad un concerto lì vicino. Ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo posto per fare un aperitivo. Super! Sicuramente torneremo quando avremo eventi a Milano.
