The location was excellent in the inner harbour. The room was very attractive and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful, Sara in particular who found us a place to eat.
I had booked a harbour view but was told on arrival that these were not for single occupancy and this was a mistake by booking.com. I was made to feel that I was a lesser customer because I was single, this made me feel uncomfortable as if only couples could have a nice view.

As most feedback has attested, the breakfast was very good, the hotel location right on the harbour was great and staff were friendly and attentive
The room was very small and the bathroom shower leaked and sprayed from the rear of the shower head.
There were no bedside lights in the bedroom but one of the staff did bring us two when requested
The description of the room is misleading as it says, "This double room with harbour view features a seating area, bathrobe and dining area." There is no Harbour view or river view from the bedroom itself. There is a Harbour view from the seating area but this is across the landing from the bedroom.
