Location great room clean with adequate facilities. Didn't have breakfast so cant score. Staff friendly and helpful.
Only one suggestion for the future get the windows double glazed or soundproofed. The road it is by is very busy and can be noisy in the night.

Central and a good breakfast
The room was very cold on arrival and the bathroom was even colder
The walls were patchy painted (like someone had started to paint but not finished), the blinds in the bathroom were very dusty and there were full if cobwebs, the shower ceiling had lots of damp marks. See the photos The house keeping was very poor.
It was noisy from the road as well
