Lovely tranquil setting. All facilities you could need in the room and breakfast was lovely

The location was very pretty, although you could hear traffic from the main road.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
No noise from other people / guests
Everything you needed on hand
New bathroom, good shower
Completely separate from rest of hotel, own entrance etc
No reception on arrival.
No signs to indicate where to go / who to ask???
Finally found someone who said 'round the corner, up the steps, into Barbara's kitchen'.
Greeted by 2 big barking dogs! Told not to come in. Kitchen looked chaotic.
Accommodation can only be described as 'grubby', bins had not been emptied.
Toilet brush holder was full!
Could not bring myself to eat or drink anything there!!!!
