Summit Apartment

Daki was the perfect host and quite generous. He always had a treat for me, shared his stash of rakija, let me borrow a bike for free, and constantly made sure that I was comfortable. Daki gave me excellent hiking tips and made my stay very pleasant. I felt among friends. The room had a comfortable queen size bed (a bunk bed), a small kitchenette with a dining area, a cold fridge, and a hot shower. Because the room is in the basement, it stays chilly inside - a plus on those hot days! The Internet worked well. The apartment is located within a few minutes’ drive all to the grocery store and restaurants. I wanted for nothing.

It was a bit close to the road for me. I had to keep my curtains closed so people walking by wouldn’t be able to look inside.

I couldn't really imagine how this could be any better. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Zabljak, close to some fine pubs and restaurants, right opposite our favourite, the Luna, which is very friendly and authentic. Also a short walk from the Black Lake. Danilo is a perfect host, he gave us excellent tips for hiking routes, and the Summit agency also organises rafting trips and bike hire etc. He was always willing to help out, even made us coffee in the morning and gave us some of his home made rakija in the afternoon. All very comfortable but unassuming, superb value for money.

Summit Apartment was the perfect place for our short stay in Zabljack. The hosts were so kind and offered us anything we needed during our stay. They also run the travel agency next door which was super helpful as they were able to recommend trips for us to do during our stay and lent us the equipment we would need. The apartment was great value for money and perfectly sized for two people. It was also located centrally in the town, allowing us to do lots of walks and get dinner at the nearby restaurants without requiring additional transport.

The location was nice and the house had a ‘cosy’ feel to it. Perfect for a fall out base for hiking trips. The price was also oke.

The beds were horrible. These really need changing. The bathroom is also very dark and small and the boiler was leaking.
