Good overall given we spent most of our days outside :)

Location was the most exciting part of the stay given its proximity to attractions

The house looks slightly less exciting than the pictures but this is normal. There was a bad smell in the house that never left all three days. Not sure why no curtains are installed as the blinds make you feel in prison, some nice curtains that allow light in there would have been great. Not enough soap, shampoo, napkins etc (basic stuff that could be managed anyways).

If & when I were to go back to Bologna - I want to stay there again.

Muy grande, luminoso, y tranquilo, aunque básico y de incomoda distribucion

El espacio está en una zona con mucho comercio y calles con trafico, es muy amplio con techos muy altos y es muy luminoso con todas las habitaciones con ventanas al exterior, es tranquilo y pudimos andar fácilmente a todas las partes de la ciudad. Estaba muy limpio. Tiene un pasillo en L desde dónde se accede a las cinco estancias, cada una con su puerta. Desde la entrada se encuentra: 1ª-Comedor 2º-sala de estar con un sofá-cama de una cama de 140 × 2 m 3º- otra sala de estar con otro sofá-cama de igual tamaño 4º- habitacion con dos camas y 5º- habitación con cama doble. Al final del pasillo está el baño con ducha y el 1/2 baño y la pequeña cocina. Por lo tanto la cocina y el comedor están bastante alejados. Aparcamos el coche en el parking de 5€/24 horas que estaba a un paseo de 22 minutos caminando, fuera del área de tráfico restringido.

El lugar es básico, sirve para dormir y tener un espacio común y lo básico de la cocina, pero apenas decoración, todo muy espartano. Se nota que no han pensado en la comodidad del huésped en varios pequeños detalles: Muy limitada cantidad de gel, nada de acondicionador, en la cocina apenas unos sobres de azúcar, no había aceite/vinagre, no habían cambiado el sentido de la apertura de la nevera y era muy incómoda, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que es relativamente fácil hacerlo. En las habitaciones con sofás camas no había mesillas, faltaban enchufes. Solo dos juegos de llaves para ocho personas.

Bonita casa, pero en una zona un poco ruidosa y con demasiadas exigencias

La vivienda es preciosa, tiene tres habitaciones, cocina, un baño con ducha y un aseo. Me gustó la atención de la persona que nos recibió

Aunque está ubicado cerca del centro, hay muchísimo ruido y solo hay una cama que merezca la pena la otra son dos camas de 80 y un sofá-cama. Nos obligaron a reciclar toda la basura y a dejar todo limpio y súper recogido con una franquicia de 300 €
