The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Communication was great and access in was easy.
There were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances. It took a long time to work out which internet to connect the tv to and to use the hob as there was no kettle. However the team brought round a kettle the next day when we asked for one.
