We stayed in this apartment with my two kids and overall had a positive experience, with one significant caveat. The location is superb, right in the center of Bologna, with everything within easy walking distance. Check-in was flawless: the person who welcomed us was very helpful, and there were no delays whatsoever. The apartment itself was in great condition. Comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom.
The one major downside: there was no air conditioning. We visited during a very hot period, and honestly, we suffered, a lot. Sleeping was difficult, especially for the kids. To be fair, the person at check-in told us the owner was planning to install AC right after our stay, so hopefully this will no longer be an issue for future guests. If it's already installed, I'd happily recommend this place without reservation.
