Size ,spacious, very clean , well provisioned and super helpful host who graciously rang and booked a recommended restaurant for us which was fantastic, very comfortable bed
Some noise from downstairs bar / restaurant travels up through the air shaft where the apartment windows open into so grateful we had aircon so we could block most of it out by closing the windows and using ear plugs

Great location, spacious, secure property, clean
Loud outside until after 3:00 AM…singing and lively …had to close windows and turn on AC to drown it out

Guido was extremely caring and helpful. Helped us book into a restaurant for a special birthday. Very convenient location. Room clean and comfortable with good bed and shower and the lift was handy.
All good but we didn’t use kitchen facilities so can’t comment.

The room was in a great location. Walking distance to central Bologna township. The room was a good size. The bathroom was a good size too. The kitchenette was okay. The host was VERY helpful when we needed him.
The room could do with a MAJOR makeover (very unimpressive with the colour theme and the nick-knacks placed around the room/walls). The room and bathroom could do with a serious clean too. There was a mosquito problem in the room too. There was an issue with the hot water system and kettle, but the host was quick to sort this out :)
