Lovely clean apartment, in a fantastic location. The hosts were very easy to talk with, and Francesco made the check in very fast and easy. Stunning view out of the kitchen window.

The only issue we had, was that there was only one pillow per person and they were very thin. Otherwise the apartment was great.

This is an excellent authentic Bologna apartment right in the heart of the city. It is ideal for experiencing Italian life and community. The terrace, entranceway and apartment are all very secure, with a gated entrance to the terrace. It has fabulous views to Via Ugo Bassi and is a brilliant location. Facilities include a coffee maker and large fridge. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and flat is very clean. The hosts are great communicators and will arrange check-in and departure easily.

It has two rooms - so good for travelling in families, but it does exit onto a fifth floor terrace, so families should be aware and consider this. Not an issue for me but families with lots of young children should be aware.

Location was great. Quiet but close to Piazza Maggiore. Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms were a nice size. We were able to sleep with the windows open and it was quite nice. The lift made getting up to the 5th floor with luggage easy and the host left a nice booklet to help with food and activities. Would highly recommend!

I did not download WhatsAPP and that made getting in touch with the “key” person a little bit harder, but she did answer my phone call.

Ausstattung teilweise sehr spartanisch. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Haken für Handtücher oder eine Ablage für Kosmetikartikel. Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer fehlte zusätzlich. In der Küche gab es keine Dunstabzugshaube. Und weder eine Spülmaschine. Noch eine Waschmaschine. Im gesamten Apartment gab es keine Rauchmelder. Der Zustand der Badezimmer Amaturen war grenzwertig. Der Balkon ist nicht nutzbar da die Klimaanlage und Putzutensilien den Balkon fast gänzlich belegt. Es konnte gerade eine Person auf den Balkon hinaus treten. Eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Für zwei Personen war nicht vorhanden. Durch diese Mängel War das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mangelhaft.
