Central location, near Piazza Maggiore
The price quoted on my search was 61 euros and immediately after booking, €131.22 was debited from my account. This was a shock. I had set my search parameters to exclude such a price per night. Apparently, there’s a €71 charge for cleaning. This is ridiculous. I have never experienced this before with an apartment. The owners insist that it is my mistake. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work. The temperature in the apartment was 29 degrees and the fans provided did nothing. When I spoke with the owners, they already knew about the problem. From other reviews, this problem had been going on since 2025. Also, it wasn’t possible to open the shutters to let in any cool air at night. Do not book here.
