Nice place, good location

Food available for breakfast was good, the coffee was decent. Nice clean place, well organised. Room was good.

Only thing I can complain about, which is nothing to do with Tracey or the Guest House itself is the chickens next door. They were fine and quiet on the Saturday morning but on the Sunday they woke us up around 6:30AM.

Lovely stay

Very comfortable and clean single room. Very quiet during the night. I arrived late a night so I didn’t get to meet Tracy but she gave me very precise instructions on how to get into the property. I will definitely come back when I have another work trip to Bristol.

Great stay!

Great location, large comfortable rooms with decent shower and tea/coffee facilities. Quiet area, so no noise pollution. Easy convenient keycode access. Nice communal breakfast area/kitchen. Good choice of help yourself continental breakfast items, and possible to have breakfast from 5:30am which is good if you've got to head out early. Really happy with our stay and Tracy was very friendly and helpful upon meeting her in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable visit to Bristol in really good accommodation .

Facility for breakfast was excellent with a very good range of food provided. A very convenient spot to get to and then within reasonable walking distance (10-15 mins) to the centre. Really useful to have a parking permit provided. Quiet location. Tracy was very helpful with suggestions of places to see and where to eat.

Great location, quiet and good facilities. Room and communal spaces really clean. both Tracy and Sarah were fab- friendly helpful and communication prompt. Opportunity to use permit parking ( at additional cost) was a bonus

Exceeded expectations

Easy instructions and helpful info messaged before arrival. Very impressed with how clean the property was. Great breakfast selection. I was nervous of a shared bathroom but there were several toilets, never a queue, no issues and very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay, very accommodating host and would stay again!

Very clean, tidy and modern room. Comfortable beds and clean fresh towels. Shower was hot and powerful, and garden was lovely and well kept, and private to our room. Communal kitchen was well stocked for breakfast and catered to all. Tracy had great communication and made sure we had everything needed for a smooth stay.

The guest house is a little gem, really enjoyed staying there. The location is great, it is quiet, beds are comfortable, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast is not cooked however the coffee is great and the selection is adequate.

The terrasse was a real plus. The location is sufficiently close to the canal and the center and the host was very nice and helpful.

Easy to find the property . £7 taxi from Temple Meads. Easy access to room . Clean. Good shower . Bed ok . Breakfast plentiful good selection. Owner lovely and welcoming.

Folks in room above were a bit noisy . Not their fault they wouldn’t be aware. Maybe a note reminding they are above another room?

Quiet location, clean and simply furnished. Clear instructions for arrival. Helpful and friendly proprietor. Well situated for the harbour area, cafes, galleries etc.

I think it was perfect for what I needed, there’s good breakfast options available. The host is exceptionally good with communication! Access is great, it’s a nice quiet street in a perfect part of Bristol

Awesome guesthouse!

Tracy at Southville was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the build up to my stay and being y helpful when I had to amend my booking late on. The guesthouse was lovely and clean, spacious and well laid out.
