All the basics were provided, clean bathroom, soft enough mattress, enough space to move around, quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was well appointed, self service was easy to figure out. In fact I never saw anyone but online communication was good enough to figure out keys and parking permit, all the necessities.
One of the outlets was not working near the bed. No overhead lights and not many other lighting options felt a little off.

Food available for breakfast was good, the coffee was decent.
Nice clean place, well organised.
Room was good.
Only thing I can complain about, which is nothing to do with Tracey or the Guest House itself is the chickens next door.
They were fine and quiet on the Saturday morning but on the Sunday they woke us up around 6:30AM.
