Att det fanns ac samt den härliga terrassen. Att det också var väldigt lugn och tyst var skönt.

Místo je parádní, 5min k moři, 7min na nádraží, kousek do centra, naproti supermarket otevřený i o víkendu, v okolí restaurace, kavárny. Byl je prostorný včetně terasy. V bytě je jedna koupelna s WC a další samostatné WC.
chtělo by to lepší údržbu bytu, plíseň v koupelně, neupravená terasa s plevelem, nábytek je starý a nesourodý, manželská postel ještě ujde, ale rozkládací lůžko je opravdu proleželé a nutně potřebuje náhradu.
