The location is central,near to the beach.
Conditions inside the apart were poor, but ok.

Apartment is very spaceous and light comes nicely in from windows towards East. Location is also good, near beach and train station, nice restaurants nearby.
Most of places I've visited include basic amenities in the price, but here WiFi and towels had extra cost. Didn't take them so can't tell if they would have been exceptional. Mobile net is fine and own towels.

Verry good location in a good quarter of Nice. 7 minutes to Promanade, Old City of Train Station. Apartmant was clean.
It have a strange policy: you need to pay for everything: towels, bed lines, wifi.... i don't know if anyone can stay without bed lines. Also you have to pay for final cleaning but need to get out the trash and clean the dishes if not...you will pay 60 euro. Also a 300 euro deposit is needed. Final touch, you don t have a soap in the bathroom, they say that is normal, for me this is basic hygiene
