La terrasse de Rossini

Great location and easy walking distance to centre of Nice and the beach. Fantastic mountain views over Nice from balcony. Balcony was a great bonus. Beds are comfortable and flat mainly well equipped. Supermarket 1 minute away. In a lovely quiet location. A/C was very welcome.

My only grievance was communication with the company managing the property. There was no flexibilty outside their check-in times of 1500-1900 to access the property until the following day Our flight did not get in until after 2300hrs and we had to find alternative accommodation for the night ( even though we had paid for the apartment and no refund,as yet at time of writing this review). After booking the property I messaged the company to ask what the check in procedure was, as our flight arrival time was after 1900hrs. I received an automated response 3 days later by which time I was no longer able to cancel the booking. From experience, other holiday rentals have always accommodated late arrivals and this is something the company really needs to review. Such ashame as it made the beginning of our short break away very stressful.

Location, terrace, place was clean.

Outside doorbell in street level did not worked.

Apartment had good facilities, clean & comfortable. Great balcony but looked a little tired. Plenty space for 4 people.

The lift was quite scary. Location good for us but a 20 minute walk to old town.
