The location.

The apartment was under my expectation when you saw the pics were stunning and ended up in a pretty old place, very small tv, and a lot of hassle. All regarding the items, secure the credit payment, etc. Is hard to take a picture of the very old toaster, stains, and counting the plates...etc. However, I took the key, dropped the key, and the office is 15 min away, if you are pretty sporty....Took a load of time from my birthday trip with nonsense queries. The staff were professional but unfriendly, warnings 2 days before we left to keep us aware again about the picture taken...is a big NO. I am sure they can be managed a basic insurance.

Nice spacious apartment in a fabulous location near the station, tram stops and Jean Medecin.

The €500 deposit for accidental damage (do they not have basic insurance?). The online service they use was also somewhat off-putting, as it suggests that you could be charged for every mark and stain, and encourages you to take and upload photos of everything to safeguard against being charged for the damage. So instead of relaxing into your holiday you spend the first few hours worrying and cataloguing everything that you might conceivably be blamed for.

In camera da letto assente l' aria condizionata. Incredibile! Faceva un caldo assurdo! Molto rumoroso anche la notte. Fantastiche le cialde Senza la macchinetta del caffè! Chiedono una cauzione di 500 euro!! Altrimenti di pagare un' assicurazione di 50 euro. Ho scelto la seconda opzione. Mi sono sentita messa alle strette.
