La cercanía al Mont Saint Michel y el pueblo que es tranquilo poco más

Nos llegó un mensaje diciendo que el check-in era de 6 a 8 era muy justo porque estábamos en ruta pero aún así,llegamos sobre las 7:30 y encontramos todo cerrado,llamamos al telefonillo y nada, al número que ponía en la puerta y nada,durante 15 minutos,ya estábamos desesperados, parecía cerrado del todo,al rato abrió un chico con muy malas maneras nos hizo pasar,no intento ni por un momento entablar una conversación,aunque mi hijo le preguntó si sabía inglés ,haciendo ademanes de darle completamente igual,nos dio las llaves y ese fue el único momento que lo vimos, ni siquiera para devolver las llaves a la salida,todo cerrado,cafetería restaurante, parecía un hotel fantasma y aún luego viendo las ultimas reseñas,podemos agradecer que al menos, las habitaciones no estaban del todo sucias,luego hemos sabido que han cambiado de dueño,pero las fotos no las han cambiado,dando a entender que tienen mesas en el exterior que es mentira,engañando a la gente es una vergüenza

L'emplacement est idéal : à 5 min du mont saint michel. Le patron fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients : c'est plutôt rare et ça mérite vraiment d'être souligné !

Camera non pulita dopo il soggiorno di altri, con lenzuola usate!

La posizione centralissima e soprattutto la gentilezza del personale (non capita più così spesso che qualcuno ti aiuti a portare i bagagli al piano superiore).

Normalmente non lascio cattive recensioni, ma questa volta è necessario, perchè apparentemente LA CAMERA NON ERA STATA PULITA DOPO IL SOGGIORNO DEGLI OSPITI PRECEDENTI! Siamo arrivati di sera, così come avvisato, e la reception così come il ristorante erano chiusi, senza personale disponibile se non il gentilissimo signore che ci ha accompagnato in camera, dicendoci che era l'ultima camera disponibile (tutto completo per il ponte del 1 maggio, con personale giustamente a riposo considerando la data). Abbiamo fatto il check-in, lasciato i bagagli e siamo usciti rapidamente per cena, senza nemmeno guardare la camera. Al nostro ritorno, la triste sorpresa: la camera era stata semplicemente "rassettata" dopo il soggiorno di altri ospiti, ma le lenzuala erano usate, con capelli e peli altrui, così come nel bagno. Disgustoso!

Super hôtel !

L’accueil était superbe, les propriétaires sont très gentils et m’ont proposer de me déposer au Mont Saint Michel car il n’y avait pas de navette le dimanche matin. L’hôtel est à 2 pas de la gare ce qui est très pratique pour venir en train. Merci je recommande 😊
