Amazing location and view

The instructions for the parking were confusing

Love the front row seat to Mont Saint Michel. Being the last property before MSM, there was nothing to obstruct views day and night.

The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired for. We had high hopes because when we had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night, the food was spectacular. However, breakfast was just so so.

Location.

No housekeeping and not clean some places.

We chose this hotel because it has the best location, right across from Mont Saint-Michel. The rooms are quite spacious, and although we couldn't see the landmark from our window because the view was obstructed by the restaurant, the view was still beautiful. Complimentary water bottles and Nespresso coffee maker in room.

The rooms are old and soundproofing is poor. The guests in the room above ours were very noisy (just above us the only family with children in the entire hotel!), and we could hear the parents shouting and the children running around and banging on stuff. The staff gave us another room where someone had used the toilet and not flushed. The lighting was very poor; there was no ceiling light, and the bedside lamps had very dim light. No milk for the coffee in the room. There were some flies in the room, even though we never opened the windows. More flies were found in different areas of the hotel, especially in the restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. The dinner dishes were small and expensive. Breakfast was average, with only one small toaster for everyone. Earlier, a large group of Japanese tourists had entered and devoured the buffet, leaving little food for the rest. Replenishment was slow. The slanted windows were dirty, spoiling the beautiful view. The access code provided by the hotel for the private parking didn't work, as other reviewers mentioned. The access barrier is far from the hotel, so have a SIM card ready for local calls as you will need to call the hotel to get a new code.

We stayed at Le Relais Saint Michel for one of the most important moments of our lives - my proposal - and everything was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with dinner reservations, a beautiful romantic setup in the room, and even arranging a local taxi driver for our departure. Every request was handled seamlessly and with genuine care. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was simply amazing: spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The highlight was the unobstructed, breathtaking view of the monument, which made the moment even more magical. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and honestly exceeded all of my expectations. This hotel played a huge role in making our proposal truly special, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Nothing everything is as perfect!

Room was an ok size but side corner room not great. Had a side view of the landmark even though I requested middle room so the view of the landmark was more centered. At the time we checked in vacancy was low.

Room was hot and you can’t open the windows. Lighting was horrible. No Netflix or English Channel TV and unable to use text translate. Asked for 2 twin beds, they made up a double bed, had to split up the beds ourselves with an extra duvet with no duvet cover. Not acceptable for the price paid for the room. Restaurant prices for dinner over the top. Acceptable if it was fine dining but it was not.

Shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel .

The attention to cleanliness of the room. We had water leakage around the coffee machine and a toothpick on the floor under the bed.
