Proximity to Le Mont St Michel and the views. Good parking. Helpful staff.
No air con. Lots of flies. Lots of noisy coach tours. Bit shabby.

You can just chill outside hotel watching Saint Mont Michel
Breakfast is fine, you will get a good view
No complimentary water
No AC, it was hot and AC should be mandatory
Not worth the money
