Great location and nice people

This place is a little cosy comfortable hotel with a easy walking distance from the famous place or shopping, restaurants... All the necessary things you need for a good peaceful sleep, very clean and warm Lovely view from our room with the water and the walking path and a distance view of the St Mount M The people we meet and encounter from check in to breakfast, we're just extremely polite, happy and professional attitude. All together we were just very welcomed and made happy with the choice.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its location is ideal—just a short and easy distance from both Mont Saint-Michel and the charming nearby town. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for the three of us. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the clear arrival and parking instructions, which were sent well in advance and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The staff was incredible, assisted with dinner reservations and provided trip recommendations. The room was comfortable and location excellent.

The breakfast was okay. No hot foods other than an egg you could boil. Coffee was excellent and variety of meats and cheeses were good.

I like the location, it's close to the place.

Some of the staff were not that friendly. No phones in the room that was working, you have to go all the way down everytime you have to ask for sometime. There was no shampoo.

Lovely stay at Mont St. Michel

Wonderful location in La Casere or gated hotel zone at Mont St. Michel, with parking on location and the shuttle bus to and from the Mont across the street. We had a nice twin room with a view over the river and a side view of the Mont. Comfortable beds and great shower. Spending the night means seeing both the sunset and sunrise with most of the tourists gone and enjoying the ambiance of this beautiful place. I highly recommend, so much better than a day trip. Staff was extremely kind.

Of course no AC, can be difficult in the extreme heat that is more common these days. Buy a cheap fan at a hardware store- so necessary when staying in rural France in the summer!

The room was spectacular, clean, safe, comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, not only the excellent food but the service too. The check in time was very good, we received all the information of the service and venues of the area.

I received a lot of emails in advance, so didn’t pay attention when the one came with the gate code. This created a lot of stress.

Perfect trip to enjoy great view

We booked the room for 3, but actually the hotel has provided us with the room with 3 single sized beds and 1 king sized bed. So we could really make us relaxed with enough space and comfortable beds. The person welcome us at the reception was really kind, friendly and transparent. The breakfast was more than enough and we could enjoy it very much! The location is walking distance from the Mont St. Micheal and we could enjoy it very much!

It was near Mont Saint Michel.

Not having an elevator to help us bring out luggage was a major complaint. All of us are seniors and it was difficult to carry our luggage up twenty stairs to our rooms.

Excellent stay near Mont Saint Michelle's

Excellent location right besides the bus stop. Our room had a gorgeous view from a small balcony of the Mont, the water canal, the barrier, and greenery spread out. The rooms, though not the most modern, are quite spacious and comfortable.The reception desk was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was good as well and you have a few restaurants nearby too.

I will be back. The beds were fantastic.

Everything was clean and ready even before the check in time. The beds in the twin room were big, and very comfortable. I have a lot of back issues, and even for me they were absolutely lovely. The night was very quiet. Reception and staff were polite and knowledgeable. They helped with every question we had.

Nothing, although I have to say, the hotel put a hold on my card for the amount of our stay, and I am still waiting for that to be removed on the end of the bank. they have confirmed they have done their part. just make sure you have the extra money available and are ready to talk to your bank if it doesn’t come through.
