Great location , basic stay !!

Great location, walking distance from the Mount San Michell

The hotel feels more like a motorway stopover than a full-service hotel. There is no bar or restaurant on site, only a basic breakfast room, which limits the overall experience. The room itself looked quite tired and in need of refurbishment, with dated décor and a general sense of wear and tear. While it may be suitable for a short overnight stay, it lacks the comfort and facilities you might expect for a more enjoyable visit.

No frills, low expectations. At least its a bed

The location is perfect. Its just past the parking lot. The shuttle to Mont Saint Michel stopped right in front of the hotel.

Not many food options nearby. The staff was friendly but kept a distance. Checkin isn’t until 5:00PM! The rooms are small and it was old and drab (not dirty, just worn) and you have to pay to park. If you’re just looking for a place no frills, no expectations and just need a bed to lay on, this is good. But thats about it.

Great location with no frills

Location is excellent! Can't be beat unless staying on Mont St Michel itself. Hotel is older but clean. My room kind of felt like a dorm room to be honest but I was comfortable. I wouldn't say the staff was overly welcoming but they were not rude either. I would stay here again because of the location and price but it is not fancy at all. Gaining access to the parking entrance was a hassle but once we located it, we were able to park right in front of the hotel which was super convenient with luggage.

Great for exploring Mont St Michel. The bus stop to Mont St Michel is literally outside the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and parking was plentiful. The restaurants were adjacent to the hotel were good as well.

The breakfast can be improved. Its decent but the space is a bit cramped. A really minor issue.

Location is perfect for visits to Le Mont Sainte Michel. Park at hotel and walk 50 feet to catch shuttle bus to the island. Comfortable, basic rooms.

Breakfast was pretty basic. No water available in breakfast room and options were pretty narrow. Think they can improve their offerings.

The location is excellent, close to the shuttle bus station, and convenient for restaurants at both ends. The art shop at the entrance is a trap, with daily necessities being very expensive.

Great location, “tired” hotel!

Location is good. Front of house staff were very helpful. Bicycle storage is great with facilities to charge an ebike.

This hotel is tired and is in need of a revamp. The bathroom particularly is in need of an update. Peeling paint in many places. However, bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was just OK, always something missing and the staff here were very lacklustre.

Comfortable enough, convenient and surrounded by green space

The best thing about the property is the location- very close to Mt St Michel and in a lovely green area. The shuttle buses go back and forth until L late evening or you can walk across the bridge to Mt Saint Michel. The rooms themselves are nothing special- kind of like a dorm room, but they are clean and airy and comfortable enough for a night or two. Recommend taking the breakfast as it is a good value and has something for everyone.

This is a nice property with a country-like ambiance

We had a spacious room with a large window that opened to let in fresh air and overlooked the green space. It was quiet and clean and met our basic needs. The shower was good and the soaking bathtub was appreciated after a full day of walking. They gladly stored our luggage in a secure room before check-in and after we checked out. A handy location to catch the shuttle bus to Mont St. Michel. A misunderstanding over charges was resolved to our satisfaction.

The room did not have a kettle nor fridge.

Alone On The Mountain

Room was clean & a decent size.

No A/C so very hot ! 4th floor walk up no elevator, no ice or ice machine, no place to sit outside, nothing to do on grounds, no convenience store after 6 pm. Bed was very hard. Nothing else to do once you've visited Mt St Michel. No decent restaurant, no activities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vert - will stay again if we are ever in the vicinity!

The location was fantastic - very close to Le Mont Saint Michel, with restaurants and bus services a VERY short walk away. Breakfast was also delicious! The room itself was very comfortable - we had a window we could open to let cooler air in and that really made a difference!

We didn't know we would need to walk up stairs, but needed to take all our luggage up to the room in order to repack for our return to Paris.

Comfortable beds, close to the island, spacious room. If the room would have a coffee machine and a small fridge you would have all you need. The only strange thing is with the parking as the hotel is situated after the barrier and it is a strange system but it is not related with the hotel
