Property is at walking distance from Saint Mont Michel, shuttle just is outside from road

Room was too small

Was in a great location exactly what we wanted

It was very clean, and very easy to get to where we wanted to be.

Not a lot perhaps a little updating. A big desk table in the room which the space could be used for something else.

The hotel was very near Mont Saint Michell

There was no air conditioning and when we checked in and went to the room, the temperature was burning up. I didn’t have a thermometer but it had to be high 80s. I immediately went back down to the desk and told them my wife has health conditions that made staying there impossible. I asked for a refund and they said No! I would have to talk to the manager the next day. We left and found accommodations elsewhere. The manager and I communicated through booking and the manager was so kind as to offer to refund the money that I pre-payed for breakfast. How nice of them 😡. I am not happy with this. The manager used the logic that the hotel never mentioned they had AC in their advertising. And that was true. On the other side of that logic is they never mentioned to the potential customer that they didn’t have AC either so as a consumer we would have all the information needed to decide to book their property or not.
