Location and staff
The car park - beware the exit. At brow of ramp there is a point/decking protruding by the hotel entrance that you cannot see when you exit up the steep slope. I ripped my tyre to shreds and had to wait half a day to be recovered to a tyre shop.

The position overlooking the ocean was perfect. Interior decor was beautiful throughout. Friendliness and service of all staff was exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for the guests. Pre check-in correspondence was clear and easy to follow. We would like to specifically call out Piers, an amazing ambassador for the hotel.

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and the breakfast overlooking the sea is unmissable.

Location of the hotel was good.
Majority of the staff were rude. Room was full of dust. Light in the bathroom was broken. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Tissue dispenser was empty, Body was soap in shower was empty.
