The house was cosy and was well equipped with everything. Location was excellent and own parking space was a bonus. Into town was 10 min walk down hill , coming back up to the house is a steep up climb with anyone with walking difficulties could be difficult. Area was so quiet . X
I loved it all, if I had anything to state was I missed my 4 inch topper for the bed, which I have at home. But that is not everyones choice. đź’•I like to sleep on a cloud.

Very clean. Washing machine useful. Comfy bed. Good hearing. Parking place. Cosy. Well appointed kitchen. Cute living room.
My questions pre-arrival (sent via booking.com), were never answered, including about whether a cot would be available or whether we bring our own (the description mentioned how a double bed would need moving to accommodate a cot, so I would’ve liked an answer on this situation). Used Moses basket in the end. The instructions mention 12pm check-in deadline, but must mean am? The Check in/out times listed on our booking.com booking are different to what is listed in the instructions message we were sent. My question about key code also wasn’t answered (code appeared randomly in the email text, not the corresponding sentence).
Lobby doesn’t have much space for a buggy. And the stairs down to house are precarious with kids. Check out is earlier than other properties. Found it expensive for size (£150 a night). For that price, don’t really expect to have to strip bed especially with early check out. Obviously happy to leave place tidy and having done washing up, which we did.

kitchen was good , beds were comfy , bathroom was good apart from the sink needs new tap washers on new taps .
shock on arrival for an 80 year old to carry their case down 10 very steep steps, as we were not made aware of this until after we paid we would not have booked it, then i cut the grass as it was about 6 inches long, the garden was neglected, did not spend much time in the garden as its overlooked by a conservatory one floor above, seats in lounge not very comfy,
