Excellent location, minutes from everything. Apartment clean and spacious with everything you could need to fend for yourself except a washing machine, but knew that before booked.

I would have to be extremely picky to find something worth complaining about, Two sets of keys or a snib on the inside door could be helpful for people to go out and about or have a snooze This may have been an option, didn't ask before the trip.

It was a lovely holiday. The Lake District is enchanting.

We really liked the view as it was breath-taking. The place was also comfortable and you could easily get to the main Ambleside area within walking distance.

Great location, well appointed, comfortable apartment. Would return.

Sensational view from wind protected balcony.

Challenging climb to property. OK for us as we are fit but would be very difficult for oldies. Simming pool still closed :((

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

The apartment has a wonderful view, and it's comfortable and got plenty of space. It was very convenient for access to the Ambleside shops, could just pop out on foot to pick up supplies (although it was a short, steep path down and back up again, which was not a problem for us).

There were no coat hooks.....we unfortunately had quite a lot of rain, and somewhere to hang wet coats where they could dry (other than the back of the shower room door) would have been very helpful. There was also no washing machine.....we had to take muddy and wet clothing home, rather than having the opportunity to deal with it during our stay. A washing machine would have been very useful.

Best apartment in Ambleside so far !

I liked everything about this apartment. It had everything you would need to have a lovely time rain or shine.

It didn’t have a coffee making facility.

Superbly located, there are a fair few steps to the town centre. Top spot for open water swimming

Better furnished and equipped then we had anticipated. Key was available in key safe when we arrived and all was clean and tidy. We left a note advising owner that the toliet seat upstairs was a little loose and that one of the singel beds did not have a mattress protector.

Very good apartment over two floors with great views down to and across Ambleside. Good parking. We didn’t mind the steep walk down into town.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the town coupled with easy access to the Fells and Lakes.

Fantastic location. Short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs . The views. The very good standard of the property, the fluffy towels and well equipped kitchen.

The main bed was rather firm for us. There was mould around the bottom of the shower screen in upstairs bath room which could be easily remedied. The upstairs bathroom door handle surround fell apart the first time we used it, again could be easily fixed.

The bath was a little short for me at 6 foot 2 inches and it was awkward due to the position of the taps.

Fabulous spacious apartment with parking in the centre of Ambleside!

The location is excellent. Two minutes from Ambleside centre (albeit up a very steep, but short, hill!). The apartment is very comfortable with absolutely everything you need. Spacious, warm and plenty of hot water. Excellent bedding and sofas. Very well equipped kitchen. Great walking without having to use the car. Over two floors, which is nice. Very quiet. We would definitely book again. It is also great having a parking space!

Genialna lokalizacja i widoki na Ambleside. Najlepsza miejscówka w mieście. Obiekt dobrze wyposażony i odświeżony. 6 osób spokojnie ma komfort pobytu. Kuchnia i łazienki bardzo przyzwoite. Taras rewelacyjny!

Przydałaby się suszarka do włosów w obu łazienkach i odpowiednia ilość środków higiecznych - za takie ceny, papier toaletowy + mydło + szampon - powinny być w cenie. Podobnie jak kapsuki do zmywarki do naczyń w kuchni. No i niestety- fatalny kontakt z obsługą apartamentu. Próbowałem począwszy 5 dni od daty przyjazdu -skontaktować się telefonicznie, przez czat na whatsapp i sms- na wszystkie 3 numery które były podane w informacjach dotyczących rezerwacji. Chciałem dopytać o szczegóły wyposażenia (co opisałem wyżej: suszarka, środki higieniczne). Bez skutku. Automat informuje na chacie, przez sms i tel., że agent skontaktuje się jak będzie dostępny. I cisza. Dostałem pytanie na chacie i sms w dniu wyjazdu (po 6 dniach) czy nadal potrzebuję pomocy i czy mój problem został rozwiązany? Gdybym naprawdę potrzebował pilnej pomocy, pewnie bym się nie doczekał. Na szczęście opis obiektu i udogodnienia w 100% zgadzają się z rzeczywistością a klucze czekały w umówionym miejscu w dniu przyjazdu. Dlatego daję mimo wszystko 9 na 10
