Superb views over Ambleside & Loughrigg
Tatty in areas such as main bathroom ( mouldy sealant bath grouting & bath panel tatty). Bath high slip risk as no slip mat & bath taps placed awkwardly so you had to negotiate moving around them as you get into Bath. If you slipped & fell onto taps could be nasty.
Lounge sofa & chairs too low & tatty.
Pillows too hard. Balcony door catch challenging to close so restricted is going out onto balcony. Kitchen table & chairs far too large & heavy for the small kitchen. Entrance staircase after entering via the atrium still has not been renovated ( 2 x stair carpet treads missing exposing rough underlay which could cause a visitor to slip).
Stained white plastic chopping boards need replacing .

Great views, good central location for shops, pubs and restaurants, spacious and well provisioned accommodation. Allocated parking space available

Fantastic view and really close to town. Spacious rooms great balcony. Good selection of crockery and pans.
Cooking utensils were a bit bare.
Dvds, but no dvd player.
