The view was amazing and good location
It would be good to have shade on balcony as it was not usable when sun out which was most of time

The view from the patio overlooking the bay is wonderful. The apartment is located outside the busy city center in a residential area, so it was quiet at night. There is a small utility kitchen that was useful for preparing a simple breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine worked well and they supplied plenty of coffee. The owner was friendly and gave us tips for how to make the most of our short time in Kotor. It was a great place to stay for 2 nights.
The property is located up a steep hill and then further up a couple flights of stairs (as others mentioned). It was not a big deal for us, but might be tough for people with mobility challenges. The bedroom needs a curtain on the patio door, especially since the patio is shared with the mother-in-law next door.

Uphill, and lots of stairs, so only suitable for people of reasonable fitness.
