The bed was comfy.

It was small, shower hard to work to get warm and then wasn't powerful. No hand soap. Double bed was big so needed a bigger quilt. Needs up dating and some more love put into the property and could be lovely. It was ok for one night wouldn't stop again. Also curtains where falling off up top as not attached properly.

Room perfect for an overnight stay and good value would 100% stay again if in the area

Absolutely nothing

The double room we booked was twin bed pushed together. The beds were very aged and worn. The fitted sheets on both mattresses were too small for the mattress so much so that one of the sheets was torn/ripped with the strain. The carpet was threadbare and shabby. the wardrobe door was hanging on one hinge only. severe lack of furniture in the room. There was two block extension leads trailing from one side of the room to the other feeding electricity to the TV/wall mounted sockets (totally against health & safety) the wooden blinds were broken in parts allowing light in and no curtain in the room at any of the windows. The electric shower was very dated and shabby as was the wc and basin. The only toiletries provided was two very small shampoo bottles. No hair dryer provided as stated. The room was meant to be for disabled to include wheelchair users, there is no way a wheelchair would be able to get into the room, via the corridor past the radiator as there was barely 2.5 foot width Also the shower is advertised as a 'Roll-in shower' see photo which clearly shower it is not When we asked about breakfast on arrival we were informed that there was no breakfast on offer, This was on the email we received after booking on line but right at the bottom of the email so we didn't notice it. Yet there remains a very large sign in the car park that this is a Bed & BREAKFAST establishment Finally and most importantly there is no fire escape should there be a fire. Overall VERY VERY poor B&B we shall NEVER return

The fact I'm back in my bed tonight.

Bed uncomfortable, shower wouldn't warm up, cracks in the TV, no iron and ironing board, bed too noisy, loud noises upstairs from 7am

Location OK but little information about where to park and entrance difficult to find. Non existent welcome, felt that my arrival was an inconvenience. No bin provided, decoration dingy, bathroom unappealing

Not enough sugar in the tea/coffee area and when it rained in the night a dripping sound I think from the window area maybe a leaky guttering made it hard to get back to sleep and the tv in the next room could be heard in our room and did not go off until 12 30

Staff very friendly room was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable worm. Have coffee and milk

Didn't have sugar and have problem with water couldn't get right or was to hot or to cold for shower

Somewhere to stay on a cold night. Easy parking

Where do I start? The owner wasn't there when I arrived- no problem. She handed me the keys showed me the room and I never saw her again. Curtains and carpet was filthy and stained. One sachet of sugar as part of the coffee making facilities. Wish I could have found a positive comment. Wasn't offered breakfast either.
