Awesome stay to relax, dive, dine, enjoy the nature, and meet wonderful people.

The location was absolutely amazing, stunning view of the ocean. We enjoyed that we could rent snorkeling equipment directly from there and that the staff was very attentive to us. The breakfast and food in general was super tasty, and we had something different every meal. We also met the owner, Bara, who was kind enough to help us book different tours and activities. Besides everyone being nice, the bungalow was so beautiful and big. They would always clean it as soon as we would leave for breakfast, and make sure that all details are in place; absolutely recommending this place.

A quiet, pleasant place for diving and privacy

A wonderful and secluded place with a homely atmosphere for those who are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle for diving, yoga or just relaxing. The food and prices at the otlel restaurant were decent, so we didn't look for other options. All dive sites are nearby, dives are organized perfectly. In general, the staff is working very good, maybe due to the married couple of Bara and Justin. Their personal care and attention to every detail corrected the impression of even those minor flaws that were. Thanks a lot to the team and of course to Bara and Justin!

As I have already written, all the shortcomings have been eliminated thanks to the personal care of Bara and Justine. What couldn't be fixed was a very weak and unstable internet connection. It's completely unsuitable for work. We had to use the mobile Internet instead of the hotel's Wi-Fi.

It was an outstanding service by Manager Justin and his team

The property was very clean , the staffs in general and the Manager Justin were super nice with us , we felt the warm welcome . All our dives were organized as per our request , we are very grateful and hopefully we will be back in the near future . Relax Bali dive is a lovely vacation spot . Thanks once again to the lovely team .

A strong 10/10

This property is a 10000/100!! We stayed for three nights in villa Tropicana, a well designed, spacious villa with killer views. The garden is so well maintained, the pool very clean and whenever you need cleaning the staff will help you with that. All in all, the room and garden look just as in the pictures, and it’s a very paradise like place to wake up every morning to. Besides that, we appreciated the extra facilities that were included in the price, such as the diving equipment, the Netflix account etc. In other top resorts we had to pay for those, so it was a nice touch that they were included in the price. The reef is worth seeing. It’s actually pretty easy to get in water, surprisingly. After about 10 meters when we got in we saw a turtle!!! And after that other species of fish that we haven’t seen on other parts of the island, such as Candidasa or Lovina. If you enjoy snorkelling definitely leave the pool for a bit and explore the reef, and give a try to the scuba diving as well. Also, the food is really good and diverse. We loved the friend banana with chocolate, the best we had in Bali. We appreciated the staff a lot and we have to thank them for all the help. They were very prompt, kind and ready to help you with anything. We totally recommend this property, we had such a good time here, just relaxing and enjoying the views and reef.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Relax and I can confidently say it’s one of those rare places that stay with you long after you leave. Bara, who runs the resort, has created something truly special. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every tiny detail had been thoughtfully taken care of.... nothing felt overlooked, and everything was done with genuine care. It’s rare to find a host so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and at home. If you're looking for more than just a vacation... a true escape where you’re looked after in every sense... this is the place. The resort itself is a hidden gem... peaceful, beautifully maintained and tucked away in a way that makes you feel completely removed from the chaos of everyday life. It's not just a place for divers (though the diving is excellent!); it's a sanctuary where you can genuinely relax and reconnect with nature and yourself. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

We loved this Place!

We absolutely loved our stay – the perfect start to our honeymoon! The monkey bungalow that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, the hammock was great for relaxing, the property overall amazingly beautiful and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Justin and his wife Bara for the warm, family-like atmosphere and the amazing diving lessons. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to do our Open Water Certification! We felt well taken care of at all time! We also really recommend the Spa!

Amazing and too short!

We really like the location, away from the crowd and close to the ocean. The food was amazing, we had the best food at Relax Bali in our 2 weeks in Bali. The diving team was very helpful and accomodated our asks for our 2 kids. Special thanks to Justin and Maga fir the dives and snorkelling and for the attention to the kids! The resort manager is very welcoming and we all enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place

A stunning resort for those who want to relax both body and soul. Incredible views from the hotel, proximity to the ocean literally in one step, delicious food (European and Indonesian), amazing people who live and work there. So cosy atmosphere that you feel like at home. Very beautiful territory of the resort, there are some entertainments for children and adults, yoga, gym and massages. For diving and snorkelling lovers there is a school with all necessary equipment and certified instructors. Special thanks to Justin, his incredible wife, Maja and the whole team - you are the best! With all your soul and dedication, it's rare to find people so involved. Literally one of the best resorts in Bali! We would love to come back for more. Wish you lots of luck and prosperity!

Tranquil family resort with excellent dive facilities. Barra, Justin and team are amazing

Relax Bali sits beautifully overlooking the sea. The rooms are really comfortable and well designed. The villas with the private pool and access to the seafront are amazing. Watching the sun come up is highly recommended. Barra, Justin and the team are incredible. Always available and very visible to make their guests feel at home and comfortable. A real family atmosphere The dive centre is great. Justin and Gde were great guides showing us the underwater beauty. Diving the wrecks off the coasts was spectacular and well worth the visit. Thank you team Relax for making our stay outstanding

If you want nightlife outside of the resort, this isnt the place for you. We were very happy just staying in the resort for our stay.

The resort is a paradise for those seeking relaxation and diving. Our stay was amazing, thanks to the resort’s serene atmosphere and exceptional service. The diving instructor, Maja, stood out for his patience and expertise. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, he makes every underwater adventure safe, confident and excited. The food was outstanding, a perfect balance of local and international dishes that delighted the senses (a bit spicy for my taste). The peaceful surroundings, from the poolside to the spa, create an ideal space forrecharge. The staff was incredible, their genuine smiles to help made every interaction pleasant. A huge thank you to Maja and the entire team for making our stay so special. I’ll definitely return! 🌴

a relaxing place in bali, well worth the effort to get there especially if you dive

beautiful location, on a spectacular secluded piece of waterfront - rare in bali. super convenient for diving with a nice reef plenty of colourful fish, and other marine life. and a wreck on the doorstep as well as the liberty very close maja was a great scuba instructor and helped me attain advanced open water diver certification. really convenient excellent shore dives

Spent 4 days in this paradise and leaving reenergized and inspired. Highly professional general manager who is very present and welcomes feedback, pays attention to details (ex: organised special take away breakfast for those leaving early). There is a lot of green space/privacy/sunbeds. Loved the food and the spa. Loved the service. Again, a lot of attention both the diving manager and the hotel manager, that creates a personalised atmosphere

Difficult to comment. There were even no mosquitoes, or they were biting much less than elsewhere in Bali. 😂

Everything is perfect and love to go back

Everyone at the resort is so nice and friendly, with recommendations to a lot of great places to go. Saved us lots of time to do the planning! We tired the scuba diving the first time, and it was very unique experience. Special thanks to Justin for the diving training! The resort is very cute with beautiful pool , we really enjoyed the time there!

I love everything about the resort. What's not to like? The view is magnificent! The resort is located by the beach, and I could just dip into the water whenever I want to. The room is clean and huge! It smells really nice. The swimming pool is also amazingly beautiful, it was pleasant to swim there, especially with friends. The food is also great. I love every bite I had there. It seems like all I need is to point to something on the menu, and voila, it will taste great! The staff are very kind and helpful. Whenever I need something, all I need to do is reach out to them and they'll lend a hand. I love watching the sun rise in the morning, and Relax is the best place to do that. I had a dive too, it was A M A Z I N G! I hadn't had a dive in 6 years, and I had a refresher with the Relax team, and I remembered everything just like that. Manu helped me inside the water, took good care of me too, until I safely emerged on the beach. I loved my stay at Relax. I want to come again sometime soon. It's a highly recommended place, whether you're a diver or someone who just loves to relax and enjoy great accommodation and the beach.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting, far from the crowds and noise of the more touristy areas. I could watch the sunrise every morning, and it was truly breathtaking. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience, it was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The food at the resort was excellent, with a great mix of local and western dishes to enjoy. I also appreciated the variety of activities available, including diving and snorkeling with professional instructors, which made the experience both fun and safe. The pool with its ocean view was the perfect place to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely come back!

Amazing beachfront hotel.

Staying right by the sea at Rate Relax Bali Dive & SPA was just amazing — the ocean views were absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile, and the service all around was excellent. Great short stay at Relax Bali with great food, cocktails and diving

rom the time we were greeted at the airport by the friendly driver, to the time we had to leave Relax Bali, the staff made our short trip one to remember. Diving and staff were also excellent. we dived the house reef and house wreck. Balinese massage was great and we even got to choose our own oils. We were lucky enough to do the sunrise hike on the Volcano. food exceptional and cocktails were very tasty. highly RECOMMEND Relax Bali if you want quiet, relaxation, good food, clean facilities and great sunset

Wonderful stay!

This place is fantastic, beautiful nature and the sea. Snorkling and diving are available at the hotel and right in front. We did our first diving with our 10 years old son. Philippe, our instructor, was the best, very professional and so good with kids as well. It was a great experience. The staff is very nice. Clara the manager was very attentive to our family needs and just wanted to make our stay special. We stayed at the villa and the family apartment which were both amazing. Very quiet and relaxing place right by the sea. Would love to come back. Thank you!

Lovely Villa's, excellent diving.

The Villa's are beautiful and very clean. The Scuba Diving operation is fantastic. Pool is lovely, food was excellent.

The swim up bar is not in use. There was a sign that said 'ring bell' but the bell was completely rusted and falling apart. The entertainment area with the pool table, ping pong etc was in a terrible state.

Not worth the money!

Location right by the sea, bed was comfortable and room was nice

Overall lack of detail, empty beer bottles, dishes from the day before not cleared, no soap in dispenser on toilet, no trash can for paper towel. Quality of food very poor, spoiled avocado, ham in vegetarian dishes. Not very friendly staff, everybody seems bothered when asked a question. Property run down, broken lawn-chairs, you can just see nobody really cares.

Relaxing couple of days

Included breakfast was adequate and reasonable selection. Great facilities available at the resort. Fabulous location overlooking the ocean. Loved the flora throughout. Room clean and hygienic. Well stocked mini bar although we didn’t use. Superb staff throughout, always helpful and assisting.

Steps to bungalow need a handrail installed to assist older guests. At 75 years old I can’t bound up steps any more and they prove difficult without a handrail.

Paradise on earth…

Perfection on all points, paradise on earth, we booked a villa (named sunny) our own tropical garden with sea view - our own pool, everything is so well maintained - restaurant on site offers good options and is affordable - breakfast is home made and good (pancakes with homemade jam) dive center well managed (liberty wreck is 10’ away) ladies technicians in the spa are so gracious and well trained (you need to register on the board as soon as you arrive)…everything was perfect and we had a very good and relaxing experience

Oustanding place. We did not want to check out!

We liked the beauty of this place, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. There are a lot places for doing sports, relax and chill. Especially we liked bungalows near the ocean. Swimming pools are great. Breakfast is great, lunch and dinner are affordable. We didn’t want to check out from here! Totally worth its price.
