Wapa di Ume is probably the most special hotel we have ever visited. The team genuinely gives its very best to fulfill every wish and make sure you have the best possible holiday experience. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and every dish we tried was wonderful. A special thank you to Budi, who made every breakfast memorable and also helped us choose the perfect excursions. We would also like to thank Gede and Hardy for the most enjoyable scooter tour. Our best regards to Deni, the Manager, who organized a BBQ dinner beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you again in the future. Just don’t change! 😊

The complimentary extras eg a cocktail served every evening with nibbles.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The swimming pools were all beautiful and the backdrop was exceptional. It was so quiet up there and I loved that. There were so many things to do for trips out too eg. trekking up Mt Batur/silver making class
The gym was nice but could have had a few more pieces of equipment eg. a weights cage

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the service, to the views, the food and amenities. 10/10 across the board. The tent was the perfect option. I did the morning market visit and cooking class with Juliawan and Merta who were wonderful. The beautiful Dewi from the private lounge, Ekawati and Ariasih and Ayu at the incredible spa. Thank you all for making this such a memorable stay!
