Adi was an amazing host and the villa itself was spacious and super comfortable. We felt very st home! And the reef immediately in front of the hotel is amazing for snorkeling.
Breakfast was adequate but quality of fruit and prep of eggs could’ve been improved. Nasi goreng was the best choice :)

Amazing location on quiet stretch of Lipah Beach, has all you need.
Amazing location on quiet stretch of Lipah Beach. Directly from the shore, I was able to snorkel and enjoy beautiful fish, sea turtles, and a few small sting rays. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the outdoor shower. A generous breakfast was provided and the staff were super friendly. Manager Adi was especially attentive and supportive. It was convenient to have the water bottle refill and the refrigerator in the room. Plenty of good restaurants and a spa nearby.

Nice experience
Located directly on the beach with private entrance. Nice territory, well maintained. We could borrow snorkeling equipment and a scooter directly at the reception. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Beach is the best in the area for snorkeling, amazing reefs with dozens of different colorful fish + another spot with huge see turtles. We loved that experience!
It's more about the area than the hotel - Amed could be boring compared to the South of Bali, especially after Ubud. I would stay 3-4 days there but some people were there for a few weeks, so depends what you are looking for.

Totally recommend this place.
The beach was awesome. The kids saw some turtles in the water while snorkelling. (not far from shore) The breakfast was lovely, and there were lots of amazing restaurants to choose from. The locals took my son and hubby fishing, and they caught a mahimahi, which they cooked up into a traditional dinner for us on the beach. The spa across from the hotel was amazing. Other local beaches were stoney - this one was not.
There was some rubbish on the beach. This is the only negative I could think of.

Great value, nice location on the beach
The property location is on the beach. The bungalows are located on the property’s walking path to the beach. Our bungalow was spacious with a large covered porch. The bathroom we found typical of those in Bali which is open air in the shower area. The grounds are tropical and well kept. Breakfast was included and very good. The people were always kind and helpful. Just off the beach is nice coral and lots of fish with the water not being too deep. There is a small fridge and electric tea kettle in the room for morning tea or coffee (actually Nestle 3, which is a powered mixture of hot chocolate, coffee and sweetener) which we liked. There is a wonderful spa for massages just across the street that is excellent. We found nice local Warung/restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would go back.
We enjoyed our stay on this property.
