Super emplacement en face la plage de Lipa pour voir des tortues. Personnel très gentil, très bon accueil. Piscine agréable avec des transats et une douche. Calme. Les chambres sont dans un journée. Très bonne crêpe au petit déjeuner.

We turned up and discovered that the sleeping situation for our children (10 and 7) was not appropriate. They had to a climb a steep staircase / ladder to get to the tiny mezzanine (not even tall enough to stand). The temperature up there was 34 degrees even with the AC and fan running. The offered us a single mattress to put downstairs but there was only just room for one! In the end we did not stay a night (booked for two) and the owners were very nice and refunded all the money. All this is shown on the listing, to be fair, but it wasn’t until we saw it that we realised how small, hot, and unsafe it was for the children. The ladder staircase was narrow and had no handrail, and the children had wanted to go to the loo in the night, this would have been very tricky.

The swimming pool was nice but the wooden decking around it was totally rotten and lots of pieces were coming away. There were raised rusty screw heads, an exposed rusty nail, and places where if you’d have put your full weight you’d have fallen through the decking. We were assured that it is soon being replaced, but I’d suggest that in its current state it’s not safe.
