BEST VILLA

Best Villa in Amed to stay up to 3-4 people for a very reasonable price. Very well maintained and the host is very nice, including 2 little doggos that are so lovely. The pool is big, the breakfast was tasty and the staff are very nice and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom, they can easily fix it with small maintenance.

Disappointing, no hot water and uncomfortable mattress and pillow

The garden is beautiful and the staff lovely. Location is great right off the beach where you can do some great snorkeling.

-The mattress was extremely uncomfortable -No plugs or lamps next to the bed -No water in the bathroom; I told the lady that I didn't have water the first day she then said it was fixed but it was still broken, not a drop running. While the hotel is cheap it's too expensive not to have running water. I only stayed there two days and didn't have water in the shower both days.

Perfect location for world class snorkeling

Super close to the best snorkelling in Amed, great warungs, spa, and a little shop all just a few steps away. Couldn’t ask for a better location for a few days of relaxation and snorkeling. The accommodation was basic but clean, and suited our needs well. The pool is lovely and clean, breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing everything we needed during our stay. They helped with snorkelling gear, and an affordable transfer to our next destination. Le Jardin was amazing value for money, and the best part was the very short walk across the road to Lipah beach. We snorkelled right off the sand at both low and high tide. The sheer volume of fish, and the number of different varieties stunned us. There is so much coral and marine life here. We even spotted turtles both days we went out right off the beach - no need to take a boat offshore! We will definitely be back to this little piece of paradise.

A lovely place to stay at in Lipah

Wonderful place to stay at in Lipah. Just two minute walk to the beach with fantastic snorkeling, we even saw a turtle! Tini and Wayan, the staff, are amazing people. They helped us and took care of us when our son got a stomach infection and drove us to a nearby medical clinic, which were really good. They also provided a laundry service and made some delicious breakfast. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Bali.

Great value for money, great location, beautiful property.

Great location with the snorkelling across the road is great. The gardens at the property are beautiful. The pool is nice too. The owner rented us a scooter for the day so we could go to the shipwreck snorkelling spot too. Plenty of nice restaurants within 20m. The included breakfast is average but convenient.

We didn’t like the mattress in the loft for the 3rd-4th persons to sleep. The loft felt unsafe. We would have preferred a single mattress made up by the double bed. A mini fridge in the room would be great, however the price to stay here is was very low and we definitely think it is great value for your money and would stay here again.

The path to the beach (outside Le Jardin) is not nice, a bit dirty. This is the only thing I didn't like.

Great stay, can definitely recommend

Everyone is super friendly and helpful, arrived here and was able to rent their scooter straight away for exploring this area here, love it. The little huts are amazing, love the outdoor bathroom, big bed, lots of space and Aircon. Only wanted to stay 2 nights but extended to 4 😅

Nice peaceful place close to a great snorkelling spot

Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable with a lovely spacious porch. The whole property was very nice a taken care of, we enjoyed the pool as well. There is an amazing area for snorkelling just a two minutes walk to the beach. Mask rental is available at the hotel.

We found the breakfast very plain, the scrambled eggs came just with one tiny piece of toast, with no butter, no vegetables.. that is something we would appreciate :)

Cute garden but that's not enough

Location is far from amed center, there is not much around so you have to hire a scooter. Despite the hotel being quiet , at night it's quite noisy because of multiple dogs, chicken and kids around , from the neighborhood properties. It's is not soundproofed as written on the ad. Also there was no restaurant despite the description and the staff does not provide anything else than the breakfast.. Bathroom is not great. It's outside so super hot and you can't wash your hair, not enough pressure.

Exceptional

The place near to the beach is perfect! Kitchen is nice and delicious! Live music in the next restaurant. Belling dog from the neighbor is sometimes loud but this is a natural place and you should go to it if you like nature! Nice service and nice people there. Cleaning room every day. As them for help. Family are welcome and if you need help to stay with children or like that ask them! Breakfast is nice a little bit small but you can buy if you want something.

- zahrada je úžasná - jsou zde dva místní pejsci a mají ptactvo v kleci - je tu bazén - měli jsme dobrou a velkou snídani - je tu venkovní koupelna - s půdou a matraci navíc - personál, paní byla moc milá a udělala nám výbornou snídani

- matrace moc měkká, spis proleželá - bylo zde větší teplo, vzhledem k materiálu domku, dřevěný asi - byl jak z papíru, vše bylo slyšet - bohužel naproti se nachází kulečník a upravuji si zde místní chlapci motorky - tuning a tak je rámus dlouho … to byl i důvod našeho stěhováni, jinak bychom zůstali

Hôtel sympa dans un joli jardin fleuri. Chambre propre. Belle piscine. Très bon petit dej avec différents choix. Personnel souriant. À 50m de la plage. Possibilité de baignade et snorkelling. Quelques bons restos juste à côté, ainsi qu'un mini supermarché.

Chambre vieillotte. Matelas à changer... Manque de prises de courant. Pas de table ou étagère à côté du lit...

Hôtel paisible tout proche de Lipah beach

Emplacement pratique, à 3 min à pieds de la plage de Lipah beach qui est très chouette pour le snorkelling : vous pouvez laisser toutes vos affaires à l'hôtel et aller vous baigner sans crainte ! Chambre agréable, bien équipée. Les chambres sont sous la forme de bungalows individuels, répartis dans le beau jardin. Piscine. Service lessive rapide, et autres accompagnements selon vos besoins. Personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit déjeuner sympa. Moustiquaire à la fenêtre.

Les rideaux n'occultent pas la lumière du jour donc cela réveille tôt le matin. Et petite mésaventure (mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel car il y a pourtant une moustiquaire): on est tombés sur une très grosse araignée dans la salle-de-bain, ma phobie 😅

Bien dans l’ensemble mais seulement pour 1 nuit

-Le petit déjeuner est excellent -Le jardin et la piscine sont de toute beauté -Les hôtes sont très gentils -La proximité avec la plage à pied, et la possibilité de louer des affaires de snorkeling directement auprès des hôtes

-Le bruit est ce qui à poser le plus problème. Beaucoup de chiens qui ont aboyé toute la nuit (courant à Bali) mais vu que la chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée, on pourrait croire qu’il sont dans la chambre. De plus il y avait des travaux juste à coté de notre chambre qui ont commencé très tôt le matin - la chambre est belle, mais pas très pratique : pas de table de chevet, pas de prise fonctionnelle prêt du lit, la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, et la literie et les oreillers ne sont pas terrible

Bon rapport qualité/prix

L’emplacement à 2 min de la plage. À noter qu’il n’est pas à Amed Beach mais à Lipah beach. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Le débit de l’eau dans la chambre est catastrophique. La chambre est propre mais mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les excursions et transports sont à la discrétion du personnel. Dès lors nous ne savons pas si cela correspond à la pratique du marché.

Bungalows muy acogedores para familias!!!

Bungalows muy acogedores, los niños dormian en una pequeña buardilla, con un porche vistas al jardin. La piscina genial, la terraza junto al comedor donde desayunamos. Nos encanto la ubicacion, zona muy tranquila, al final de la unica carretera principal de Amed. Cruzamos y ya estamos en la playa, por cierto, una pecera. Vimos mucha vida, solo nadando muy cerquita de la orilla... ¡vimos tortugas! Una pasada... sin duda repetiriamos.

La ducha no tenia mucha presion de agua.
