Rumah Wayans Lipah

This place is right next to coral beach in lipah. I got the deluxe studio which came with a kitchenette, awesome fridge, cooking pans and utensils. This was great as we like to wake up and make some eggs and muesli instead of waiting for restaurants to open. Beds were comfortable and solid, air cond new and since our studio was upstairs, we got a great view of the ocean.

Nothing. There were some construction outside at the time as they were widening the roads which was a bit dusty. However, the accommodation was tucked in a street and far away from construction.

The young woman who does the breakfast asks you the day before what would you like from the menu. You can chose only one thing plus tea or coffee. She is a real sweet heart ( and makes the best massages around). As there is a kitchen I would add a dish, or bread to complet it. I m a chef, and breakfast is an important to me. She cleans around the yard in the morning then places the offerings to the gods. I like to clean my room, but she still groomed a couple of times. I felt at home here, which is very important for me as I have been traveling for a few years already. It s only 3-4 mins from the beach. Great snorkel on the front to the right, I use to go up to the next bay, but only for advance snorkelers and swimmers, some parts the current can be strong. On the left side are the turtles. Have a supermarket below with a little restaurant, croissants , two stores further. Found a boat to sail me to Gili men's tomorrow morning for a nice price. Feeling happy and relaxed here. Nice view, specially for sunrise. It s hight up, but still no hill to climb! Just a few stairs.

Well, there is nothing I didn't like here. Even internet was great. Don't expect a fancy place, it s simple and still very beautiful. It s a double studio, I was lucky to have no one on the next side of the wall. But great if you come with friends. Everyone would have their how place, just sharing the kitchen.

Big and quite room. Very friendly and helpful people, beautiful snorkling just across the road.

Everything was ok.

Lovely old villa which needs just a few basics to bring it up a notch.

Threadbare stained towels ,no toilet paper and kitchen was very old and not clean. Staff attentive when we asked for basics but tried selling tours massage ect. Needs a bit of a an overhaul to be comfortable.
