Adequate.
Location on one of the best beaches in Amed was very convenient. With our own transport it was convenient to visit local restaurants. Breakfast was adequate for a short stay.
I was asked to pay a 3% surcharge for payment with a credit card. This is illegal in Indonesia under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 23/6/PBI/2021. Luckily there was an ATM nearby but it was still inconvenient. Facilities were provided at the bare minimum: bathroom supplies were in minuscule containers.

Cheap but not cheerful.
Value for money, we knew it wasn't going to be amazing.
The place is very run down and filthy, it gets cleaned with dirty water and no cleaner, we knew it wasn't going to be great but I wasn't expecting it to be as dirty. Im pretty certain the place has bed bugs.

Probably only 3 star not 4 star as advertised. Sadly the beach couldn’t be swam at due to the rocks.

Third time we have stayed here and will be back again.
The bungalow room is very spacious. The gardens are beautiful. Very tranquil hotel. Having breakfast while watching the ocean is very relaxing. There is a supermarket across the road and a traditional warung with great food just up the street.

Highly recommend this hotel
Well maintained rooms and gardens. Restaurant is lovely. You have a great view of ocean while eating. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Supermarket straight across the road from hotel and great warangal 50 meters up the street.
